You get 20xp + hp xpper spider (5 hp. 4 xp per hp and about 1.333 hp xp). Killing 1 million will get you (if you're training say attack and strength) 99 attack, a good hp level and 97 or 98 strength as 20XPx1m = 20mXP and you need 13m xp to level up 1 skill so....
