As far as I'm aware there haven't been any adverts as stupid as that one for the Welsh and Scottish teams (although there have been some pretty annoying Scottish ones - I'm Scottish by the way). Plus there were definitely some English people who were cringing at the general hype even before their humiliation, although maybe not very many.
