  • My question is how did you get your butt to be so sculpted and round? I'm 5'3 about 180 lbs, my butt and thighs are rather LARGE! I don't have big arms, nor stomach, but it does poke out a little. My question is what combination of your workouts, and how long will it take me to get my thighs and butt to sculpt into a rounder shape than just fat?

  • I do these but I always keep my knees/thighs wide apart instead of together. Would that make a difference? Also do you ever do kneeling back bends? Your lower back looks well developed.
