  • i love this workout!!! this is my second time i just have one concern, i find this very challenging when im doing it but my abs dont hurt the next day am o doing something wrong or do i allready have a strong core (ive been doing your videos for a couple months now nd my abs used to rely hurt aftr but now they barely hurt at all) any suggestions plz?:)

  • this was perfect! I've been doing your full ten minute ab one, and the first day I was sore for two days. Two weeks later of working our regularly and doing that one every now and then, I'm not sore the next day! Had to step it up.

  • love it! i've done it once before and i was more sore than i've ever been in my life, no joke! it was a little easier this time around though, i honestly love this ab workout! although, i'd love to see one that focuses on the entire core section- the front, sides, and back. i felt like i was ignoring the sides/back :)

  • @xxEloisex Thanks! It took me about a month or so to get the 5 off. I loose about 4-5lbs a month on average.

  • I ABsolutely love this!! At my heaviest, I was 200lbs but I maintained a steady weight of 185lbs for about 2 years. I made changes last year and got to 155lbs. I gained 5lbs through the holidays and stopped making any progress and was kind of at that point of giving up. Pop Pilates has changed that completely. Not only have I lost the 5lbs but I look better than I have in years because I'm getting TONED!! Keep doing your thing because you have helped this former fat girl look good!! lol

  • Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • Oh my word...i almost died in this vid! For some strange reason there was a lot of pressure in my neck and lower back and that last airplane moves made my thigh joints pop o.o

    other than that it was great! and i really want the after pain but not the during pain lol

  • I've been doing several of your ab workouts, and every time I do them, my abs hurt! but I don't feel much pain the next morning. Are these workouts meant for circuit training as well?

  • im a huge fan of all your belly workouts do atleast two everynight ! i find that i carnt get rid of my fat behind my hip bone closer to my back, is this an excercise of diet issue ?

  • @afabulouskilljoy12 i'm glad i'm not the only one who looks/feels like an ungraceful fool when i do her workouts! i refuse to do them in front of anybody bc i don't look a thing like her. i either lose balance or can't keep my legs straight or start shaking uncontrollablly...no doing these in front of spectators...

  • Pulling in your stomach during these helps reduce the possibility of a sore back.

  • Cassey this is only the second video I've watched of yours and the second time I've done pilates! Let me tell you I've been a runner for years and I work out 4 days a week and I haven't had that good of a work out in a long time! I'll definitely be keeping up with your videos! Instant results from that an workout!!!

  • amazing! I love all your videos. They give me a great workout plus I usually feel the burn (y). Especially in this video!! Although, is it normal to feel less of a burn the more you times you do these videos? Like does your body get used to it or are you always supposed to feel an intense burn like the first time?

  • I've been coming back to this video every few days. Love it.

    The only suggestion I have: perhaps explain the moves/modifications at the beginning of the video. I find myself pausing and resting when I know you are going to spend some time explaining (like when you explain about pressure on the lower back for airplane).

  • Where exactly is the video of why you moved and being a vegetarian? :) I've been a vegetarian for over two years so i'm curious lol. And i've been doing your videos for quite a while and I have to say that I LOVEEE this one!

  • @thepurpz these pilates vids + CARDIO ...and decent eating habits of course :) REALLY limit sugar and flour as much as possible. Lots of lean protien and veggies!

  • How do you manage to maintain w feminine belly with all these exercises? I mean I love working out but I don't wanna grow a masculine 6 or 8 pack ab! Is there anything specific you do ??

  • @EmYoussif This will tone your abs muscles and strengthen your core. Do not fear getting bulky doing Pilates! I takes more than exercise to get those abs your talking about...one of them lots and lots of protein.

  • Very intense, it was hard, but worth it! Do you make up your own moves Cassey? They're so fluid, I really like them and I've never seen any other pilates instructor do moves as good as yours.

  • @viperwedgie I've been doing pilates for YEARS now...but u can achieve great core strength from doing pilates 3x a week 1 hr each time

  • This ab work out was definitely intense! I have recently gotten back to working out and this kicked my butt. I will for sure do this again for an ab work out! Hopefully, I will be more fluid next time. Awesome video.

  • Im having spine surgery in 2 weeks, which workouts should i do to strengthen my stomach muscles and whatever else i use to sit up? I wont be able to use my back muscles so itll be hard...
