Hello just need same Feedback about this program i did 3 rounds of p90x but my abs need more work do you think that this workout will help me on my abs! Thanks
Rev abs is a nice change from insanity. FOr sure. But like insanity you have your moments where you go into teh rev zone and that part reminds you of insanity in a way. But it is nice to get threw a workout and feel like youve workout out to your max and not lying on the floor dead after teh warmup rofl.. Still think the results are gonna be amazing. Like you i love Insanity but rev abs is perfect for right now..
well let me know when you jump on board! I actually started like 3 weeks after my friend who I was going to start with, but it's great to get her perspective even thoughs she's 'ahead' of me
I am on week 5 round 2 of Insanity am Thinking about starting some P90x Monday also. I kinda figured you did just shower,but hey that is always a good thing : )

That's incredible! I loved my Insanity results, but 6 lbs in one week is great! I hope to get some well defined abs with this revabs program.
