He said "we've found hundreds of websites, individuals and organizations, people soliciting money for Haiti, you can't tell who's real and who's fake, here are a couple examples from youtube..."
And I'm going to guess there were a few people who did infact take money from unsuspecting people who thought they were donating, which is why they put a warning out there. Onision is popular.
