Hi. I was wondering if you could tell me where is the port of this sub. Is it right below the speaker, on the front corner? I couldn't find this information on the net. I'm considering to buy it, but for my application the port needs to be on the front because I'm placing it pretty close to the corner of my room. Thank you for the information and congratulations on your sub.
@emaildodiegao The port is right below the Klipsch logo. The subwoofer stands on feet and has a kind of arch in the front. Right behind it is the port, which lies under a 45 degree corner and goes all the way to the back inside the subwoofer. you need little of room in front to let it exhaust air. Both sides are completely closed.
i use this in sub ass an compliment 2 the RT-12d sub-woofer ,2 gain more attack bas, my girlfriend pie on here self at demo first time, and the YSP 4000 as main unit great combo...H/K 650 stereo amp on the servin vegas 1215 mk II..
@movieking88 My apologise for the late respons. I tried to get a clear view on the fuse but it is so small i cant read it properly. I have had eye laser operation, so in the evening my vision on the short range is not 100% (this is normal procedure). Maybe i can get a better look tomorrow.
Insane I can clearly tell how loud this is playing in your room, and the sub doesn't even look like its being pushed. PS. the sounds in this song drive my dog crazy.
@ehinton Klipsch is making really nice subwoofers. They sound powerful, without being 'sluggish' and uncontrolled like cheaper subwoofers. I'll make a video of some other tracks that are really good exercise for the subwoofer.
if you want to display the highest quality this subwoofer possibly can, you may want to start by playing something other than youtube.......perhaps a 320kbps recording of the song?
@CrowdControlol For this video it doesn't matter, first the microphone in my camera doesnt catch the low frequencies properly, then the video is played on whatever sound system the ppl here on youtube have. Only thing i can tell is that most of the music i play is 256 or 320 kbps mp3. Not great, but higher bitrates are often harder to find. I have one CD with 960kbps or something and it sounds great on good speakers (not small PC or home cinema sattellites)..
Some clutter is already removed. Lot of unused cables after placing, replacing and removing stuff on the desk. Problem with cable management is you can't make easy adjustments afterwards.

I'll bet your next video is cable management.
I'm redoing my cables as we speak, but with a twist this time.
