Gwen was just sitting all alone on a couch, and Casey came up to her, sat next to her, they started talking and drinking and one thing led to another and they ended up sleeping together. They wanted to forget it happened.
When Gwen was first seen on ATWT, she was already pregnant with Casey's baby. The whole thing about how, when, and where it happened, none of that was ever shown. There was no episode where all of that happened.
This is just the first time Casey is played by Zach Roerig. By this time, according to what Casey and Gwen told everyone, it's been almost a month since he and Gwen had that one night stand and this 2 months before Gwen made her debut.
