- I usually just ignore haters who accuse artistes of lip-syncing, but in this one, it's obvious she's not lip-syncing! At 1:54 when she says "mara," the note is distorted as she jumps up. At 2:30, when she sings "boyeoyo," she probably had to catch her breath and didn't hold the note, so you can hear the background vocals 'take over' halfway. At 3:11 she was supposed to sing the line but she had to catch her breath again, but there was no backing so you could hear the brief silence.

This song is really hard to sing to Bommie x.x' You can see that at 3:15 she stopped singing to breath and then sang the "I'll be there for you, BAAAABYY!" part. She also does high notes many times in this part of the song, so she runs out of breath. Bommie, you need to practice more your breath! >_<'

I don't think she's doing lip sync. It is just that there's a pre-recorded track that does her 2nd voices and overlapping lines. If you'll listen carefully, the lines she sings got a different quality and level unlike the prerecorded track.just sayin:)

@TheMissyad Voice projects even when the mic isn't close to the face, but she may have lip sync. Who knows. 2ne1 is known to sing live. Acapella or instrumental, it's sounds like the recording. There are plenty of artists like Gummy, Davichi, and Taeyeon who are all powerful singers. Check them out live, and you'll love them.

@TheMissyad I've a clear mr removed of this performance and I can assure you she DID NOT lipsync. except towards the end where she clearly and deliberately missed some parts, and let the recorded track do the job. yeah. you can't find a legit mr removed of this performance anymore. there is one, but crappy, the vid maker took some of her voice out.

@TheMissyad Some parts a pre-recorded so she can rest at least a little. You can hear the difference between the recorded voice and the live voice.. Sometimes she's singing over the recorded (the mistakes) and again, you can hear the difference because it sounds like echoes..

YG trains their singers not to lip sync. thats why 2ne1 and bigbang and other artists from yg always sing even when their sick. and those where you think shes lip syncing is the background vocals/left from the actual track so she can take a quick breather during the performance. also, you can expect her to sing the harmonies and the backup vocals while singing the main vocal at the same time...
