Beautiful imagery of a pack of children, swallowed in their bulky winter wear, believing wholly what their parents tell them to elicit proper behavior (like if you don't keep your scarf on, your head will fall off). Our protagonist was always following the group of children, but seems to hold a fond memory and respect for how Michael would make his own way.

@NerdRoomProductions It's one of Monet's "Snow at Argenteuil" paintings, which was a series of about 20 paintings he made between 1874-1875. They are locations painted near his parent's house when they were under snow, as is easily seen.

not dissing the shins but they are a billion times better. I'm from the south and agnostic but these are the kinda harmonies you only herar in gospel and I know that cause I used to, as an agnostic sing gospel with my cousins just for the joy of the connection that may or may not bring you closer to a devine force
