@felzus For some reason, he pluralized 'english''. "english' is just hitting the object ball with the cue ball in a spot to make it go where you want. Left, right, top and bottom. You learned more about pool in 10 seconds from me than in that entire video.

@felzus it was an english, precisely a low-right english. You hit the cue ball in the low-right part, and it comes out as that. Remember the importance of going forward with the stick after the shot, in order to have good englishes. Bye!

Never mind the peanut gallery; Fundamentals are the key to winning consistently, under lots of different conditions. And keeping your head on the table is lot harder than it sounds. Thus, being confident in your shot selection and ability is critical to being able to ignore distractions that can ruin a shot.

I not sure I understand...but I think he said that if you practice, you will improve...in other words improvement comes through practice, such that by practicing, one can expect that improvement will follow. I suppose this means that improvement is the result of practice - and not just any practice, but the practice of "fundamentals."
