I have played with alot of drummers from the time this music was played untill now and all i see now is two people playing this beat when it originally takes one......The thing that gets me is that the drummers that play it by themselves are leaving (at the least) 20+ beats out of the original song....unless you were there and counted his beats on the snare and toms accurately, do not tell me he is shit unless you post your own video....because otherwise your just all talk and no show.

For everyone saying things like "Atleast he's going on britains got talent to show himself" etc etc, Everyone other 12 year old drummer in britain understands that Bgt is NOT the epitomy of talent, and it's pretty much a joke of a t.v programme.
Kieran just went to the show and did what he likes best. No need to offend him like that, people! In my view, I don't enjoy that kind of drumming, it's like him trying to overpower the music by hitting the drum hard. I can only enjoy it for some minutes, if it's half an hour, I'll get annoyingly bored.
My friend Marc runs rings around this kid and he proves a very good point "It's a gimmick, if i played what he played today everyone would think im shit cause im older than he is". He's average, good spirit and if he keeps it up he'll be good, but for people to say thats he's some sort of God is abit OTT.

To all of ye' 'haters' - I'd really like to watch a vid of you doing this as good as he does - I mean, I've read so many "I can do this better", prove it then ye arse. He has already proven he can (despite being just 12 and only played for 1 year). Until you can actually prove what ye say, shut the **** up. You say he is an insult to drummers, well you're an insult to mankind.

@engalando well i acheieved grade 8 at age 12 and i am now 18. i also came accross some drummers when i was around 12 that were better than me just in my city which tells you how many drummers there are better than this

He is good. However just playing the drums is not much talent. Many people in rock bands play the drums, maybe even better than Kieran.
I have heard better. If this is what Britian can offer, to say the least i am very disappointed.
I feel that BGT is bull.. Hayachi was much better, and much more entertaining.
He has a unique talent. Say 1% of the population can do what he does. Kieran plays the drums.
BGT is all a money making stunt. The people who can make simon the most money gets through

Kieran just went to the show and did what he likes best. No need to offend him like that, people! In my view, I don't enjoy that kind of drumming, it's like him trying to overpower the music by hitting the drum hard. I can only enjoy it for some minutes, if it's half an hour, I'll get annoyingly bored.
Stop bashing him though, he has good attitudes!

My friend Marc runs rings around this kid and he proves a very good point "It's a gimmick, if i played what he played today everyone would think im shit cause im older than he is". He's average, good spirit and if he keeps it up he'll be good, but for people to say thats he's some sort of God is abit OTT.

Words cannot express how much i hate this kid! I am a drummer myself, and have all the respect in the world for drummers... I just think this kid has got it all wrong... wrong attitude, big head and rather annoying, fair play to him for giving it a go but he is nothing special! I agree with most of you guys, just glad i ain't the only one out there that doesn't like him!
