Personally the franchise stopped at WA3 for me. Ive played 4,5 and XF and those are the only games in the franchise that I didn't play all the way through because it was so awful. The stories changes from the unique and interesting tales of Filgaia to the kinds of stories you'd find in any run of the mill, low budget jrpg. I literally cried when the character designs started looking plastic and "Cosplay Western". The only redeeming characters so far are Raquel in 4 and Carol in 5.

This might be old, but i really do like the .hack// series. There's 7 of them and they all go together.

This is also a bit old too but I really do love Star Ocean Till the End of time. I played it over and over.

Kingdom Hearts is a must too. Lol. This is something I played over and over.

If you want just a simple save the world game that isn't complex and pure, Ar Tonelico will work. It has AMAZING music. It makes sense why because the magic is based on music. The second game is more complex.

More complex than the second one but not as complex as other games. Like FF, .hack, and Star Ocean. But you have to play the game even if you aren't going to play Ar Tonelico. Also it's going to be hard to find because it's a rare game.

.hack// series idea is amazing. It's a game about an online game. LoL.

Some of the Tales of games I like but I'm really picky. I'm not too big on those. But they're just fun once in a while.

I love RPGs. But I've been busy lately that I haven't played the PS2 in so long. TT-TT

I haven't been looking at new games for PS2 though. Right now I'm playing Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days. And I'm almost done with FF4. So I've been playing on the DS and PSP instead. It's easier because you can travel with it.

In case you guys did not know, the same singer sings on both the US and Japanese versions of the game. With that being said, it is one of those rare instances where a video game is beautiful and damn near, if not, perfect in every way. This series (Wild Arms), the Final Fantasy series (with the exception of XI because online only gameplay sucks balls), Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, The Lufia series, the Lunar series, the Golden Sun series, and the Phantasy Star RPGs are the best of all RPGs.

I honestly like them both equally, sleepzuzuzu, because this is one of those rare instances where a. the lyrics of a song, even translated from Japanese to English or vice versa, are practically the same, b. where the efforts of the game is almost exactly the same in both versions of the game and c. where the voices are just as pretty for the song regardless of translation.

I like both of them too. But I think I like the english slightly better because I don't need to look up the translations for the Japanese. XD

Although I do have to admit, my favorite game songs are in Ar Tonelico. But the magic based in that game involves with songs. So it makes it all the more reasons to make the songs epic.

Arnaud G. Vasquez is most definitely my favorite character - he's one of the snazziest dudes I've ever come across in gaming. I do like the other three playable characters, as well as most of the Brionac forces. Nobody can top the lazy guy (Russel) in Port Rosalia for eccentricity, though: "I sit around like this to conserve my energy reserves." ......
