  • 7/8 has such a great feel.

  • Very good , great video . See my videos , (BANDA TRAMPO) , of boituva . Comment if you like !

  • Whom ever is losin count can't count!! N 7/8 time sig the 8th note gets 1 beat!

  • This basically wipes out all of those stupid comment(s) about him having no sense of rhythm.

  • Great drumming man!!!!!

  • i love drumming in 7/8

  • stupid my 2 mount years old baby can do 10 times better

  • Turanga Leela

  • lol that was awsome

  • whats the song?? cause this acutally sounds very amazing please tell me D:

  • how does he do that playing traditional?!

  • keeps losing time with the click

  • Dude, this totally 7/4, NOT 7/8. Unless your metronome is set to 40 bpm.

  • I love to watch drummers, it is fascinating to me! I can't even clap on time =)

  • @bluecollarboiler could that be because for drumming speed you need two hands? slap your leg. and learn a bounce roll with drum sticks. its not all arms.

  • HAHFOUND IT BOOH YAA where me 5 dollar!!!

  • its in the 4th row starting from the third letter......

  • PHAT

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Best comeback ever

  • found it immediatly it stands out you jackass

  • where can one download or buy that?

  • pretty cool IMO

  • ssssssshhhhhheeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzz

  • I can do that, but his still good !

  • The sky's the limit

  • Matt Smith is the same age and he IS musical with world class chops besides. This is wonderful playing but cold music.

  • Matt smith has chops, but no way as talented at Elise in that department, not even close.

  • I got to disagree. Matt Smith is the more tasteful musician to me. But they're both great young drummers who are much better than me.

  • Amazing from a visual point of vue. The last seconds are funny and very well done. But as far as music is concerned, i can"t really see the point. And i don't care he is 16. He is obviously gifted, but all this drum solo doesn'nt mean anything. Anyway, he is very young, so give him time and a chance to show what he is able to do with a real band and if he is able to create his own style.

  • The focus isn't the backing track...it's the drumming. this dude can kick it well..

  • how is this amazing?

  • Well the fact that he can play 7/8 at the age of 16 is pretty awesome.

  • zeke1958, John Bonham was amazing, but this kid just blows my mind, I am from the Led Zep era, at 16 this kid will school many in the level of maturity and superior skill. Please don't be a hater or basher.

  • beautiful set

  • And this is amazing, how? It looks to me like a pretty standard set. Compared to John Bonham, Ian Paice, Christoph Schneider or Jeff Porcaro, this is really rather boring. You want to see really amazing drumming, watch one of those guys!

  • its amazing because hes bloody 16!

type his name into the search box and watch the first video

    fucking blew my mind

  • yeah, so he's bloody 16! What does that have to do with anything? Or is being 16 an excuse for not being very good?

  • he is good

and he has an amazing grasp of groove and style for being 16 from what iv seen

  • look closer...

  • whooo samoa rocks

  • wow

  • beautiful set

  • Right on that Samoan drummer...He's Afakasi and SUPER HOT! Talofa! & Fa Sofua!

  • dam nice man

  • about time we had a good samoan drummer coming out of new zealand..

    nice one uce.

  • Great drummer, but where is the solo? He is playing to music.

  • Guitar solos are more often than not played to music too.

  • @BuffaloBill23 yes but this is a drum solo

  • the solo starts at 2:28

  • And he's playing to music, all alone - what makes a solo performance..

  • @iamareplicant Good point. The proper word would be 'improvisation', if the parts he's playing are not part of the original track, or if the track was written solely to improv drums over. It's also in 7/4. In any case, sounded good.

  • @iamareplicant The drum solo was near the very end lol. But other than that it was not a solo.

  • @iamareplicant u dumbass its a solo bcuz hes playing ALONE!!!!! a solo dosent matte if theres music in the backround if u need to go back to 2nd grade and learn the defenition of solo thn do tht but if u dont thn just dontcomment on this fukin video

goodbye to all the limp chodes tht dont kno wat the word solo means

  • @ghman89 I agree

  • AWESOME!!

  • great great geat

  • What a shiit!?

  • Kid is incredible! Love to hear him on a set of big boy drums. Those things are tiny!

  • i think hes sitting quite high tbh, looks like a 20" bass drum, and 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16 " toms, which is just fusion sizes really.

  • I think it's a DW Jazzkit

  • Great fillins kid.

  • Tony royster

  • funk!

  • Great sense of style and groove.

  • Cool solo! Sounds great!

  • Yea some more stuff sweet thx wanted to hear some more.
