My kitten found a mouse tonight for the first time outside and when i shouted him in he was growling like that. I thought the mouse must have died eating poison and my cat was going crazy but after searching the internet i find its quite normal and predatory so im happy to also find a video of another cat doing this :)

WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!? YOU serious that is fucked up damn i know that is like a cats instinct but that is a fuckin indoor cat and it should be fed nuthin but cat food and the occasional treat and you cant tell me that that mouse just walked in and he caught it, you defintely got that mouse and fed it to him. Your a bitch.
If you look at the 4 other cat videos I have on YouTube, you'll see that 2 are outdoors. Sarah is an indoor-outdoor cat who catchs her own mice. You may or may not be seriously fucked up, but you are certainly quick to jump to conclusions.
Cats are pure carnivores; all that they naturally eat is meat. It is their natural instinct to hunt and KILL. If you don't like nature then go on to another video and don't criticize people.
Lol, animal abuse, it's a mouse, especially with it being in my house, I'd have my cat do the same thing, what's the difference with mouse traps? Mouse traps gotta hurt too, and who hasn't used one before to catch a mouse. My neighbor ran his lawnmower over a den of mice before, it wasn't a pretty site. But it's hard not to kill them. If you're not careful, you let them in your house, and could multiply. They're gross!
This video is no longer a response to your hamster video. Which is kind of sad, as my cat eating the mouse video seemed to be a perfect response to your hamster having lunch video. It kind of completed the circle of life thing. On your other comments, I'm pleased that you like cats; and of course I do need help - but who doesn't?
NEVER EVER INTERFERE WITH A CAT EATING A MOUSE!!! If you touch a mouse you are asking for a possible disease that could make you sick such as west nile or lymes disease. I was little and decided to get a mouse from my cat. Next thing i knew, i had 30 stitches on my arms and hands. Serious story too. Cats are not willing to give up prey without a fight.
@cooldit1 Plus once the mouse (or bird) is in the cat's mouth it's usally too late. The animal is already injured beyond repair and interfering could just prolong its suffering.
Eww :P I wonder why cats growl when they have something in their mouths.
