Beautifully said man...i feel you. Sounds like you are a perfectionist. I am too and it really inhibits music making a lot of the time. Best way to get out of it is make a bunch of short pieces that you know you aren't going to release - just for fun. Don't worry about it...just put it down on the track. Enjoy it...you'll probably really feel some of the stuff you put down also.
