I cant understand why you would want the EXACT same stuff across two or more devices. if you have an iPhone4 16gb and an Ipad 16gb and a iPod touch 16gb with the EXACT same stuff then whats the point in having three devices? its like having three external hard drives with the exact same data on them.

Do you still have to download the music to play it or could you just stream the audio from itunes? The whole point of cloud computing is so you don't have to store things with your device.

I imagine that icloud could do a much better if they just follow a plan like nexflix but with music. A small monthly fee to stream all audio and a with extra small charges on songs you want you download and keep even if you cancel the subscription service.
