@KuSlebet You can't say b, f, m, p, qu, v or w (Bertie's friend might purchase a quiet Volkswagen) without moving your lips so you have to use different sounds. Use 'd' for b and 'th' for f, use a 'nah' for m, the hardest is using a 't' for p, 'koo' for qu, 'th' for v and 'oo' for w. By speaking quickly and putting on a voice you should be able to cover it up.

To make the dummy talk without moving your lips, Look in a mirror and part your lips slightly. Relax your jaw so that your top teeth barely touch your bottom teeth.
