It is quite clear because if you look at them tied up before you ride off whipping them, they are standing still with their tail sucked inwards in fear. If they were 'over sensitive' in the panniculus reflex or just nasty in nature they would be pulling back and jumping around while tied up.

If they were 'over sensitive' in the panniculus reflex or just nasty in nature they would be pulling back and jumping around while tied up.
