He lost SO MUCH weight, but what's even more impressive, he's so good at keeping it all off. That's the freakin' hardest part. Most overweight people who lose a lot of weight, gain it back very fast. But not Shane. It's been like 5 years since he lost the weight and he doesn't seem to gain a pound back.
