When I see this smoothness I tend to sympathize with the power uke is experiencing, but others likely see uke just falling down. One perspective power is apparent, another it vanishes.
The instructor is demonstrating for cooperative practice. He is demonstrating exactly how he wants the class to practice so that they will LEARN without injury.
O.K. I can accept that. I guess that, being an instructor myself, it interests me to watch other teaching techniques. But I do understand your point. Peace.

Would be cooler if the instructor was actually throwing it. It looks more like the assistant is jumping than being thrown.
