Thats just what i hate about mangas / animes like bleach... Ichigo lost his powers - he shouldnt be able to get them back at all... though im not hating on bleach hehe... its an awesome anime, though i wish it was just with somebody else than Ichigo... He was a hero, and he should be able to retire from the Shinigami...

@MysticShaekBK201 Actually fullbring/hollow powers are in all humans. For a human to be born with fullbring powers they need to be attacked in the womb. In ichigo, chad, and orihime's (i believe her powers are fullbring too) case they were attacked by hollows out of the womb which awaken their hollow sides giving them fullbring. If ichigo's school friends were to start training too they would gain fullbring powers since they were attacked by hollows. if they dont the powers just lay dormant.
