What is also abundantly obvious about this deliberately man-made cataclysm is the blatant lack of absolutely necessary encirclement of huge super oil tankers to capture and contain as much as possible, the violently powerful spewing of crude at the sea floor by way of multiple ultra high powered suction hoses placed directly above these blast holes(plural). We see none this to be the case while plumes form as large as entire states with Hurricane season soon ready to wreak havoc.

Another thing to think about is possible collapse of the sea floor once a critical volume has been displaced. This could lead to more leaks and trigger a series of eathquakes. Since the gushers are on a flat seabed, why don't they just drag a 20 ton concrete slab on top of the bloody thing?

Why are we even drilling a mile under the ocean when there is oil right of the coast of Florida where they would only be going 100-200 feet in water before hitting the ground.

I know that the powers that be are resistant to switching to renewable energy because that would cause them to lose their power over us in terms of energy monopoly. How does crude oil cause internal hemorrhage, convulsions and organ failure? Volcanic ash for example is much more toxic and is released directly into the atmosphere. The difference is, there isn't a corporation that leftists and communists can blame for it. Crude oil on the surface of the ocean does not effect air quality. Crude oil is still a natural product produced by the earth itself. If it was a refined product, it would be different.

The rate of spewing is really between 70,000 to 100,000 barrels (not gallons) a week.
That's an Exxon Valdez every two days, and this isn't counting the other two gushers found to the west from the rupturing sea floor.
BP can not contain this.
