@cristinapink14 actually extra virgin olive oil is good for the skin and rarely causes allergic reactions. It would probably only cause a reaction if you were allergic to olives. The word "oil" usually scares people, but there are good oils (like olive oil, jojoba oil) and there are bad oils(like mineral oil). You just have to learn what they are.

@glossgirl900 It most likely does. Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality, as they get the olive oil by just crushing the olives. The other types of olive oil (pure olive oil, light olive oil, etc) use chemicals and other nasty things to get the oil out, as well as having a higher level of acidity.

You're skin probably wouldn't be too happy if you used something else ;)
