Not just for librarians! Helpful for any crisis situation. May help you with a non-library related conflict. But why librarians, specifically? Is it simply because it is a large public information space, or do libraries attract more dangerous patrons and situations than we are led to believe? The narrator sounds like a front line library veteran, and I wonder if the good people of Missouri had a specific reason or incident motivating their desire to educate their librarians in crisis situations.
