@sissyIra20 do crunches or sit ups, i do 20 each day and then wen u do a sit up and u sit back up, u shuld turn on side to sidee so u can lose fat on ur obliques hope tht helps ^_^
Help! I'm 5'3" and weigh 126 lbs:/ I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING. That this is healthy and blah blah but I have a rolly belly with alot of flab!! I can grab it all around my stomach and I just want to lose that jelly flab! I want a firm stomach...any sggestions!?

@meganvevo1 Thanks! Everyone loses weight at a different pace, it takes me a month to lose 4-5 pounds. But I only have 15 pounds to lose, so that's a big part of it. The slower I lose the weight, the more inches I lose and better shape I'm able to get in :)

I would love for you to make another video about how you lose the weight, your exercise routine and what you have in your fridge. Do you feel more energetic and healthier?
