If you ask me him driving 15mph below the speed limit is just as dangerous to others on the road as the speeders. How do you know the others are speeding Acules? They could be going the speed limit, 15mph faster than him, and pass him like he was standing still.

actually what you did was the right thing, those truckers disobeyed the law, every single one of them. And where were the cops? were are law enforcement? I say if the USA had more Traffic Cameras checking peoples speeds and sending tickets the roads would be a better place.

try turning off the c.b. and enjoying some good audio and letting the traffic fight out there position with each other while going slower than the cattle flow, it is soothing

Get you rump in gear! You are more of a danger than a help! My dad does the same thing and 95% of the time he causes more of a danger. Doing 50 in a 65/70 zone you should be pulled over for being a danger. I know many cops that would pull you over before some one that was doing 75 mph.

It might have appeared a bit dangerous, but the minimum speed was posted at 45, so 50 is legal :)

I did see that,I drive myself and have seen many rear end accidents because of this. Now don't get me wrong the person that did the hitting is wrong and is at fault and should pay attention but if the other person was not going so slow the problem would not have been there and that is why I hate governed trucks so much. Most of the time you have to drive slower than what traffic is doing and becoming a more problem than a help. Also most governors are set at 64-66mph slower than most interstates

yea, I decided since traffic was so needlessly heavy that I would get my own space not by out running everyone else but by them outrunning me, very relaxing not having to fight the crowd, my motto "I can't out run everyone on the road, but I sure can out slow them" :)

this year is worse than last year, if gas goes another dollar a gallon there wont hardly be any room to drive for the traffic, the only way to get and keep a good safe following distance with out someone cutting you off each time they pass I have found in overpopulated traffic areas is to drive much slower than the cattle herd is driving, thanks for the comment

LOL @ 1:05. Great video there Jeff. By the way, what company do you work for? I'm over at CR England as a company team driver; co-driver leases his Century Class, top speed is 70 but he still averages over 6.5 mpg at times (except in I-80 Wyoming LOL)
