There are several ways to do this

1. Attack and kill them all (see video)

2. Use stealth potions/spells/armor to bushwack them without getting caught.

3. Use your speech skills to make one of them hate you (make it go to zero) so they will attack you and then the guard helps you kill them :)

hmmm alot bolder approach than what i did. what i did was (and anyone else i suggest you try this too cause it's pretty cool) is get like 4 pieces of any armour then enchant them with like 30% chameleon so i technically have full invisibility but it says permanantly on as long as i keep the armour on then you can slowly sneak and kill each of 'em with no danger of a too epic battle. hahaha

@MrBoredlol Pay it off or go to jail, you can find your stuff in chest, if it is stolen goods then you have to go and find the evidence chest. You can always drop the stolen goods somewhere safe then go to jail and go back and pick the stuff up.

lol i learnt the hard way that you can only do this once. well on mine it only did it once. choose wisley when u wish to take the armour. i took full dwarfen and came back they where dead for like........ ever. word of advice to people trying this. always just check to see what armour they have first or YOU MAY REGRET IT

You guys are stupid!!! Don't kill anyone in Roxy Inn, instead go for the Bandit in Quest named None can Possess, decline give the artifact and Kill the Bandits there, no bounty and you get the armor just the same as Roxy Inn and save the Master of Heavy Armor from death.

Pay the fine, if you do get arrested you can get the stuff back in a chest.

Lol oh my god, yo don't need to kill EVERYONE in the roxey inn to get the armour. Just kill which guy has the armour you want, take it quickly, and pay the fine.

hey, im level 7 and i got dwarven...not that hard...just use spells and block when u dont attack

you have to be level 20 for them to have glass and daedric. otherwise they'll have elven and mithril probably. and the npcs accelerate levels as you do so they'll be around level 6-8 most likely for you. so you could probably take them.

I just tried leveling up once more, and when i went back, there were 2 with glass and 1 with daedric. What i think i did to fix it is when i leveled up, i didn't sleep in the roxy inn (because to get to level 20, thats what i did). If you are having the same problem as i was earlier, try what i did, if you already haven't.

easier way is getting the head woman persons (daedric armour) disposition to 0 and as she's aggressisve she'll attack you and other people come fight her so just run away and mop up the survivors.

and also the guard is normally the first to die so you wont get any bounty at all.
