..I like the dropping of the knee across the downed opponents bicep, do it fast and heavy down into your turn and some guys may want to tap from the pain then apply the pressure to the choke..this choke has got so many guys and is so effective but that knee drop is a bit of extra love for anyones jiu..nice touch brah, thanks.

THIS IS NOT A BASEBALL CHOKE, I LEARNED THIS CHOKE BACK IN 200 WATCHING Fernando Pontes Margarida vs Cachorrinho In this match from the Worlds in 2000 he chokes out Almeida with this very same choke and it was not called a Baseball Choke back then. You guys are taking techniques that have existed for years and naming them other than the original name.......that's called stealing and if you don't believe this technique existed back in 2000 watch the worlds.

@vincespell Probabley renamed it because they couldn't speak Brazillian. What is the correct name for this technique? At our dojo some of the students have nicknames for techniques because they have trouble pronouncing the Brazillian and Japanese names. I don't think anybody stole anything.

@chastell What you guys don't understand is that Jigoro Kano was a Jiu-Jitsu master when he invented Judo. Jiu-Jitsu came first then came Judo. Jigoro created Judo from Jiu-Jitsu and he used many of the Jiu-jitsu techniques and incorporated it into Judo. I don't know why you guys don't understand that ....Judo is from Jui-jitsu without Jiu-Jitsu Judo does not exist. BOTTOM LINE JUI-JITSU DOES NOT BORROW TECHNIQUES FROM JUDO, JUDO BORROWS IT'S TECHNIQUES FROM JIU-JITSU PERIOD!
