I'm in MT and had a question for you. I have recently had a leep procedure done and I'm in my third week of recovery. Is there any method of massage techniques for pelvic region to help break up the adhesions that will be taking place during my healing process. When would this time for therapy be appropriate? I'm still in school and do not know much of this internal region of the cervix. Thank you!
