Hey Cassey, I don't know if you have ever posted a video on this before, but what stretches would you suggest to improve flexibility? I have really long legs compared to my upper body, and I've always found it difficult to completely straighten my legs. Thanks!

I have a slim lean figure but my body is horribly weak and out of shape (don't let a skinny figure fool you, people!). I've only done two of your workouts so far and I can already feel a difference. Just finished this one and going to push myself to do one more! Might even concentrate on these chicken legs, haha! Thanks so much for all you've done and for sharing your awesome personality with us :)
