  • Dear Cassi, this Video is simply great! I LOVE IT!!!! Since I discovered it I've been doing the workout every day!! Could you do more of those half-hour-clips? I have a very weak lower back and a lot of pain in this area. Could you do a 30-min-workout for the back, especially the lower back? That would be wonderful!!! My pain has already lessened a lot thanks to your video. But maybe you could do a back-bangin' workout after your return from Australia - I would love it!!!! Hugs and kisses!!!

  • have used loads of videos online and most of the time, the trianers are just trying to show off, or they're completely disconnected from the viewers. you're the only one iv come across who just seems to be enjoying herself, besides being genuinely interested in how the viewer is managing

  • Thank you so much for making these videos!I have been doing these almost every day since Last December. My husband and I even did this workout together during Christmas break. It worked us hard then, and now I've almost done it all the way through, so I know I'm growing! This helps so much with staying in shape without paying for classes that don't fit my schedule. You're awesome.

  • I did  this yesterday and couldn't keep up! And now I'm sore but in a funny kind of way... my left thigh, shoulder and butt cheek are sore, as well as my right calf.. and nothing else! lol

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Cassey, you've been such a blessing to this frumpy middle-aged old soldier. I wish we could have done exercises like this in the military. Maybe we wouldn't have had so many senior sergeants with back, knee and foot problems.

  • for some reason, my elbows get really painful doing the half cobra push up. i am pretty sure i am in the right position though...

  • You are one of the VERY FEW workout instructors who can motivate my lazy bum to keep going! I have a slim lean figure but my body is horribly weak and out of shape (don't let a skinny figure fool you, people!). I've only done two of your workouts so far and I can already feel a difference. Just finished this one and going to push myself to do one more! Might even concentrate on these chicken legs, haha! Thanks so much for all you've done and for sharing your awesome personality with us :)
