  • Why is it when there's a discussion about multiple sports, everyone throws out the dumbest arguments? As if saying the more idiotic thing will best prove their case! -_-

They're all fine sports and the crazier fans need to shut up.

  • This guy is in his 40s????? Wow!

  • @CharlesStJames I love this guy!!!!! I am 50 and people who look at my videos can't believe it. This guy is an inspiration.

  • @thunderspank300 the "fatass" football players?? They're offensive lineman. And actually a good percentage of them run 5 and under 40 yard dashes. Not to mention the fact that ndamukong suh a 300 lb behemoth runs a 4.9 40. Also i'm pretty sure adrian peterson is a better athlete than any mma fighter. Not to say he'd kick one of their asses, but he's a far superior athlete. Btw i'm a freshman in high school i play varsity football. I'm a 235 lb defensive end and run a 4.6 i've also done mma for

  • Hershel Walker is my hero!

  • He knows he's not going to be anything great now. But hey still being this good at nearly 50 is impressive enough. He's enjoying it and not giving it the big I am. This is usually left to the boxers who fail miserably at this sport. They come in and think because they throw punches in such a rule restricted sport (virtually non contact), that throwing their arms about is enough to win in MMA.

They are always left vulnerable at wrestling, and lack basic strength required to win at MMA.

  • Super athlete. One of the best ever. 10.10 second 100 metre runner, former world 60 Yard record holder. Imagine all 225 pounds of that running at you. Thats scary!

  • liberals man!

  • Herschel utilizes pure bodyweight exercises...love it.

  • I heard he still runs at least a 4.4

  • hes off balance when he throws his right hand.

  • This was funny as hell. He wants to fight pro fights hahahahahah! Funniest shit on earth.

  • @nobigdeal84 He has a couple pro fights, what do you mean

  • That is real inspirational to see a man his age in that good of a shape to fight. I know some young men that are in bad shape and could not do what this man can do.

  • He's going to live until he Is like 105 If he Is only 49 and Looks better than most 20 year old body builders.

  • College football legend

    Nfl football legend

    Ballet dancer

    Olympic bobsledding team

    Track runner

    Cage fighter

    hooooooly shit

  • @thegoldenchild311 and valedictorian lol

  • @ichuckyourface Yeah, he certainly does have a resume'

  • @thegoldenchild311 You forgot that he looks likes his in his early 20s.

  • what a beast is he flatfooted?

  • HGH is a wonderful thing.

  • My goodness Mr. Walker has a nice kick, he should get some kick training from Bas. Then I want to watch Mr. Walker kick someone's ribs into splinters

  • Push Ups

    2000 reps

    Sit Ups

    3000 reps

    Pull Ups

    1500 reps

    Dips

    1000 reps

    RESPECT!

  • @mykalscavo is there a video of him doing 2k push ups or like 500+?

  • @sir360 Why would he need to lie? He donates his winnings. Look at the guy he is iun amazing shape and never gets hurt. I dont know why people doubt him..

  • @mykalscavo because the "we want you to be fat lazy sloth" crowds pushes the mentality that life is over after 30, think about it though, our grandparents worked on farms until they died, work that most people in their 20s today could not even consider keeping up with, fuck that, age is for the birds.

  • This man is a beast.

  • COuld you imagine him doing this 20 years ago.....he would be unstoppable..

  • I highly doubt he only does pushups and situps. Look at those traps. He's doing shrugs and shit, don't get it twisted!

  • @heat4yoass pull ups will do that

  • @heat4yoass there are video's of him talking about his workout routine plenty of articles done on him as well, that is his workout, however merely hitting a punching bag develops traps as well.

  • I would lOVE to see vernazi or yaya and the rest of you cowards go one round with Hershel. You would be a pile of sissy-mush and crying like little babies. Don't knock people that are clearly better and stronger and more ambitious than you. You show your hidden weakness by acting fake-tough. Act the man before you talk crap. We all know cowards like you. You're worthless garbage. Always were. Always will be.

  • Who is Frank talking to, and where the fuck is he???????????

  • cant wait till this guy gets knocked out

  • @TheNeema123 You do realise you sound just as bad as the nazi right? your both tools.

  • @TheNeema123

dude- watch your language. your message is lost in the foulness of the words.

  • He does look good

  • 48 he looks 32 whatever he is doing is working he looks superb.

  • frank shamrock tries sounding so god damn inspirational

  • herschel would defeat alistair overeem.

  • He looks terrible. What are you talking about, "what an athlete"? That's terrible technique.

  • A real-life superhero. What an athlete.

  • He is 48! :O

  • I noticed he did not throw, not even ONE high left leg kick with power. It's a called a switch kick. Much more difficult than the right leg high power kick we see here......

Hmmmm I wonder if he can do it. Kick boxers and Muay Thai fighters can do it with ease, because of a ton of practice. I still wonder if he can do it ??

  • Im with you fellas, this guy is a complete hoss

  • WOW! When I was young, my dad told me that Herschell Walker Naturally built his body up doing calesthenics and cardio, but I did not believe him until I saw it and heard it for myself. I found it very hard to believe.

  • I'm from the deep south. A blue collar background. I've known more than one man with a work ethic in tough labor jobs that would blow your mind.

They did in fact only eat one meal a day and that was dinner. BUT they supplemented that diet with BEER which is a form of fuel (carbs) All the tough laborers I've ever known who did eat next to nothing everyday did in fact drink beer.

So point is I believe walker is supplementing his diet with something. Even if that be soda! He's getting calories.

  • Frank Shamrock is a Legend. FUCK DANA WHITE

  • I do not doubt this man can command a lot of power when he wants to, however, even as a warm up, this just makes me cringe, but then again 90% of the stand up I see in MMA, passed off by commentators as "really impressive" has the same effect. I have trouble blaming him however, the guy holding mitts for him is clueless as well and whoever is shrieking in the background is either lying, or honestly knows nothing about kickboxing.

  • @gaijinass The guy talking in the backround is Frank Shamrock. I believe he knows a thing or two about kickboxing.

  • @ramrod20042000 "The guy talking in the backround is Frank Shamrock. I believe he knows a thing or two about kickboxing."

No he does not, Frank has always been an amazing ground fighter, but terrible striker

  • His kicks are way too slow. Any decent MMA fighter would easily defend against it. Being good at football doesnt mean you're good at MMA

  • Are there any videos of him doing more than focus mitt drills? His background is taekwondo, if I remember correctly, so I'm wondering why he's using a muay Thai style roundhouse in the workout.

  • the greatest athlete of all time, this guy is a 10th degree black belt

  • shamrock needs to really shut up.. its like hes commentating a work out.. imagine him on aerobics shit... left leg up,now up up :P

  • Is he still pursuing an MMA career, or was this just an experiment?

  • @pjkiger I hear Dana White signed him

  • people commenting on this video just make me laugh. First of all this is a video of a warm- up session (which is half speed), he's not going hard here!!! That's pretty obvious if you have a brain in your skull. Second of all he's one of the greatest natural athletes of all- time... so pay homage!!! He would kick any of yalls asses and he's 47!!!

  • he punches like a stiff ass old man and how the fuck do you know if he ever used steroids or not?

  • To me he spares and fights like a complete beginer. Look at his lack of movement and obvious lack of power in the kicks. Imagine him fighting brock lesnar!!

  • and some people worry bout turning 30.............

  • @HanzSygnal Turning 30 was a big deal for me, I thought wow its the end, in my mid 30s I got way out of shape, now pushing 40 Im still training lightly for fighting and mtn bike like crazy, I realize that 50 isnt that far off and IM still gonna be in good shape, actually probably better shape even then.

  • I love Herschel... but Tyson in his prime would make him sorry he ever stepped in the ring... no matter what shape Herschel was in!

  • he would get his ass kicked in mma, look at that little chin just sittin there

  • This guy is the definition of beast doing 1000 pushups and situps daily o_O truly he is a phenomenon

  • @jaxblade07 a million pushups and a million situps arent gonna win you an mma fight.

  • really im mexican but i have a great respect for this man that never give up and even if when he is not doing some sport he do another one is a winner and an example that the age doesnt matter a motivation for everybody who thinks they cant start a goal ,this man believes a lot in himself begin like that mister walker, greetings to everyone regardless of country, race, sex, social class or religion

  • WTF???

This bozo challenging a prime Tyson???

I'd take him in a standup fight-no BS!

  • @swedishtysonfan Then why don't you join MMA and go do it. Freakin YouTube tough guys....pure comedy....

  • @knottyy

Because in an mma fight it would'nt only be a standup fight, stupid.Besides it pure comedy to think a guy with this much technical wrongs would be competitive with a prime Mike,ha ha.He would'nt be ranked top 25 in the hw division!!!!You know nothing about fight sports, this is another case just like Kimbo, wooow he's the baddest mf alive-no he's a ordinary guy with an athlethic body who will get asswupped when he fights a real fighter

  • @swedishtysonfan i have to agree

  • @swedishtysonfan i do agree with most of what you said, i dont think walker would beat mike because he's not at an elite level but honestly speaking mikes chances wouldnt be good at all againsed the elite of mma. different sport from boxing and different strategies that mike dont train for and boxing alone couldnt prepare him for it. punching alone just wouldnt be enough and there are many strikes more damaging than just punches not to mention grappling which mike dont train for either.

  • @dirtyjew1974

No I agree,Mike would not do good in an mma fight! In his youth with his natural skills and bjj training he might have been an excellent mma fighter but if he choose to do it now,no way.My pick against this guy was purely standup but seeing his flaws Mike would beat him quick(in a mma fight to)but we're talking prime Tyson here.No offence to this guy but I see a lot of guys like him at the gym, many flawes, stiff legs(=bad punchresistans)but hits hard on the mitts.

  • @swedishtysonfan what you say is true, he's too stiff and not illusive. his kicks are stiff

, his movements are awkward and he puts himself off balance often. that beign said he does hit hard but its different trying to fight than training. i agree, i dont think tyson would have trouble with him even in an mma fight, even if it was a past prime tyson really. walker is no grappler so we could just about count the ground out too lol

  • I don't think he's ready for a prime Tyson.

  • nobody is ready for a prime tyson

  • very true

  • ummm you dont think he is ready for a "prime Tyson" so i guess if he has a time machine he shouldnt fight him????

  • exactly what I meant.

  • HE should not get in the ring with any one who has good hands, or who knows a spinning back kick, and as heavy he is on his feet he should avoid EVERYONE who likes to go to the ground! Im just saying!

  • yeah but at the same time..if he gets into the ring with someone who has wrestled or down BJJ for years..he will also be scrwed..basically he should just stay away from anyone good. of course he is a great athlete..but he is getting into this too old.

  • he has a good jab for speed and snap..but after he lands it he drops it on the come back..it then stops for a split second low..till he brings it back up....will leave him open for a overhand right or even a good right cross down the middle....

  • thats why he didnt box

  • whoever is narrating this fucking thing must be a genius. a true scholar.

"that round kick is a kick to the body!"

"you'll hear herschel breathing out his air when he punches...exhaling your air relaxes your body..."

    "head kick...head kick...leg kick...leg kick..."

    ORLY?

almost like Goldie except much more moronic and annoying.

  • @froggylegs23 the "right leg kick .... right leg kick" part really impress me. He even knows which leg he's kicking with. this man is a fighting genius.

  • bad feet, slow punches.......damn too bad bo jackson wasnt 20 years younger and a fighter. Mean, Fast, and powerful

  • Walker is one of the most insane genetic freaks in history. In his prime he was far and away a better athlete than the best athlete who has ever fought in MMA. Not only did he never take steroids but he's a vegetarian who eats 1 meal a day. So give the man a little respect. Even at his age, it's said that he's still a better athlete than almost everyone in MMA right now based on what his trainer has seen of him in training. He's also a hell of a nice (and smart) guy. So please, a little respect.

  • @superman11978 genetic freak my ass.Read herchels book about his life and learned how hard he worked

  • @superman11978 you should rephrase that to something more sensible. you cant compare his athletic ability on a football field to the athletic ability for fighting. different movements and different training seperates the two sports. you cant assume that when he was younger he'd have a high kick like crocop or the takedown ability of couture. he had running with a football ability so its not a good comparison. i know your a fan but dont get so carried away lol

  • @dirtyjew1974 Herschel was actually training in this form several years ago and did reportedly display just what was ridiculed above.

He has displayed incredible athletic ability in myriad sports in his life.

  • @superman11978 one meal a day is the most unhealthy diet i have ever heard of

  • @superman11978 As well as Herschel suffering from split personality disorder! Imagine achieving all that he has while enduring such a condition. He's a hero of mine for many reasons.

  • @superman11978 All of that is probably arguable, but i have to agree with you and I love his philosophy of no weights and a vegetarian diet!

  • @superman11978 agreed!!!!!

  • @superman11978 amen agree on everthing you say how old is He and he is still built like he was in college well maybe not college but the man is a black poppa pump lol

  • @superman11978 not a genetic freak, just determined. he actually said when he was a younger kid he wasnt athletic at all, and that his sister would beat him in races....

  • @superman11978 how do you know he never used steroids? what a stupid statement... nobody really knows. sure it would be nice to know that he didnt but the truth is nobody will ever know, and like it or not most athletes who take it get away with it... if you worked in the industry, you'd understand.

  • @superman11978 He its grilled chicken all the time he's not a vegerarian dipshit

  • @superman11978 idk about genetic freak, when he was a kid he said his sister would beat him at races and such...

  • @superman11978 yeah im sure he is a better athlete than georges st. pierre or jose aldo or urijah faber or anderson silva or randy cotoure or ben henderson or frankie edgar or brock lesnar. you saying that herschel in his prime was "far and away" a better athlete than anyone who has ever competed in mixed martial arts is complete speculation and is more likely than not totally false.

  • @superman11978 yes it is an amazing feat for a 47 yr old man to be in the shape herschel is in, but its one of his trainers jobs to boast of his abilities and to paint him in his best light. i would bet heavily that even if herschel were in his athletic prime and he fought the likes of brock lesnar or shane carwin, he would be destroyed.

  • @superman11978 and if he truely is in better shape than almost anyone in MMA right now, why was he gassed out after his third round stoppage of greg nagy, a man who offered nearly no resistance, and held a pathetic record of 1 win 3 losses coming into his fight with herschel. oh, and this man would probably weigh around 195-200 pounds without his spare tire as compared to walkers 225. if he truely were the athlete you boast of, he should have had nagy out in the opening seconds of the first.

  • @superman11978 so i respectfully ask you not to insult the stellar athletes of this sport by saying that mr. walker, although a great athlete himself, is "far and away" a better athlete than some of the toughest men to ever walk the earth.

  • @superman11978

Vegetarian who eats one meal a day what the fuck if Hershel didn't fuel his body in insane ways I guarantee he wouldn't be kicking ass in MMA.

  • @superman11978 he is totally full of it. he lies about his diet and he is probably on steroids

  • @Mrcliff4 You are such a dumb a - - why don't you do a little research there Einstein before you mouth off about someone that you know nothing about. He has dedicated his life to nutrition and his body.

  • @superman11978 he can still runs 4.35 for a 40

  • @superman11978 yeah exactly, i mean id imagine if herschel started mma atlest like possibly 5-10 years ago, he probably would be an amazing fighter, he definitly has the genetic, athletics to be a force in mma, i mean at 48 yrs old, he looks better then most 35 yr olds in sports.

  • @superman11978 1 MEAL A DAY? :O

  • @superman11978 dude are you serious about 1 meal a day? sounds like 20k calories from green salad lol.....but yeah the guy really is freak and i don't belive he eats just once a day!

  • @superman11978

please tell us what kind of vegetarianism is he folowing. is this lacto ovo,lacto...does he eat any fish or chicken?( i Know , true vegetarians do not even touch fish or chicken;i've been a vegetarian myself for 31 years until june 2007 and did not eat any kind of meat) i still have only a meal a day since 1983 and feel fine For how long has Herschel been a vegetarian?

by the way, i also practise isommetrics since 16 and workout since 6 years old. i'm now almost 52

  • @superman11978 better athlete than almost everyone in mma ?

on what facts are you basing that statement?

He is just an old man, who has alot of (from what i know, he was an American Football player ?) football fans, who like to be dreaming about how awsome he is, but we will see, give him 5-10 fights against good fighters, and we will see how unhumanly great he in your opinion is.

  • @dietermauer Hey genius. Do you have any idea how much more demanding it is to be an NFL runningback as compared to an MMA fighter? Seriously. He just ran a 4.38 40 yard dash. That would have been the 4th fastest time at the NFL combine. He's 48!!! You're ignorant is what you are. If MMA guys were better athletes they would be in the NFL making millions.

  • @mike77514 You are unbelievably correct WOW!!

  • @mike77514 well in football your required to do those dashes in mma you dont have to. in mma your required to kick well, punch well and grapple well. its all relative to the sport.

  • @mike77514 I can second that!! 2-A-Days are harder than ANY MMA work out I've ever done. It really makes you question how far you can push a human body. The thing about MMA is you are being pushed back by another fighter for at most 25 minutes... in football you have almost an hour of non-stop punishment THEN you have to do it again NEXT WEEK.

  • @stunnaonflyrims come on! Football is just wusified rugby! lol!

  • @sclaysdharma Comments like that simply just show your ignorance.

  • @91gt306 If you talking about my football comment, then you need to check the history and origin of the game.

  • @sclaysdharma I know the game originated from rugby, but in what was is it "wussified" ? Let me guess, because they added the gear right? Maybe you should check history on exactly why they wear it before you call it "wussified", players still to this day are being paralyzed playing the sport.

  • @stunnaonflyrims have you ever heard of rugby league ? It'sa little bit like ''American football'' but both teams

have ''attack'' and ''defense''' on the field at the same time !! The players make many passes and tackles the two

forty minute halves. So, they play for 1 hour 20 minutes, without all the padding used by ''American football'' players who have quite a bit of time to sit down during their matches

  • @stunnaonflyrims Rugby league players are fitter and much better athletes, who make more runs with the ball

and more tackles than American footballers. Each team member is on the pitch for 80 minutes (each game) without all the padding

  • @bentcopperpipe No. League players are not better athletes. You are judging AF players as athletes by the nature of the game they play. AF players are far more explosive then league players because the way the game is played allows them to be. Rugby and League players have more tackles because they dont need to deal with blockers, in rugby a guy who runs 100m in 10.5 is considered blazin fast, that would be average in college and NFL.

  • @bentcopperpipe Endurance is is important in rugby, league, afl, soccer, etc. Not in AF, which is why you will get guys 6'4-6'7 290-350lbs who are strong, agile and very quick for their size, they are no less of an athlete then those players in the other sports I mentioned, just a different kind of athlete. Since they are as explsoive as they are they hit harder aswell, hence they need the gear. Theres a reason the average NFL career in only 4 years.

  • @mike77514 Don't talk bollocks. Its the athlete not the sport.

  • @mike77514 YOUR SO FREAKING IGNORANT IT HURTS!!! NFL players make more because its more popular not because its harder than MMA. Lets see about 13 sec all out vs 5 min boxing/wrestling/kicking etc ALLOUT... don't be dumb! look running backs don"t freaking run for 5 min straight they get their little girly breaks very frequently I CHALLENGE you to run as hard as you can the maximum possible length of a FB play which would be running 100 yrds vs fighting to not get knocked out for 3, 5min round

  • @Thunderspank300---- Listen up Thunderspank (your name alone indicates you're inferiority complex). I don't usually reply to comments, largely because I don't have time to explain common sense to you. MMA athletes, and we'll use the term athletes loosely, are a collection of men who couldn't make the football or basketball team in school. Too short, not quick, & not coordinated enough to play a paying sport. They got into MMA as a way out of working at the lumber yard, or the warehouse.

  • @Thunderspank300 --- If you want to hitch your sports wagon to the athleticism of ACTION JACKSON, you go right ahead. It's fine. I'll stick with the Lebrons, Adrian Petersons, and Michael Vicks of the world. You stick with MMA guy... a collection of ex WWF guys and truck drivers from middle America. The fact of the matter is a 53 year old Herschel Walker is exposing your "sport" for what it is. 2nd rate.

  • @mike77514 Herschel Walker is a freak of nature and is more athletically gifted than 99% of all athletes. HAHAHAHA and your an IDIOT by the way... FUN fact for you, an ELITE athlete will always have a low body fat percentage, why is it that 50 or more percent of your football players cant see the own penis's because of their "TRUCK DRIVER" like belly... hahaha 19 out of 20 MMA fighters will have 6 packs and will run circles around those fat ass football players... LOL to short or quick????

  • What about the UFC light heavy weight champion Jon Jones who is 6 ' 4" and could have EASILY played pro football or basketball?? own I know because those are old school sports i guessing that your middle aged by how know so little about MMA... Because it wasn't around when you were a kid, but wrestling sure was and was also ALOT More physically demanding that football... I get it people stick to what they are use to< but the fact is MMA is the fastest growing sport on the planet

  • and your gonna have to deal with that! and if you weren't looking to piss people off then why the hell did you come and watch a MMA video and comment on it? I believe that Herschel is by far one of the best athletes to ever walk the face of the earth and you know what he said " If MMA was around when I was a kid I would have been an MMA figher as appose to a football player" and btw a lot of football players have come over to MMA and failed terribly and BROCK LESNAR is the only GAY FAKE wrestler

  • @mike77514 (ask men . com/top_10/sports/top-10-hardest-sports) WHY NOT TAKE A MINUTE.... PUT YOUR GLASSES ON AND READ ABOUT A STUDY THAT WAS DONE TO FIGURE OUT WHICH SPORT IS THE MOST PHYSICALLY DEMANDING ... BAD NEWS MIKE...LOOKS LIKE FOOTBALL TAKES THE BITCH SEAT TO...OH.....WHATS THIS........MIXED MARTIAL ARTS!!!!! so in the future why don't you just shut your lips about stuff you don't understand mmmmmk pumpkin...

  • @mike77514 "If MMA guys were better athletes they would be in the NFL making millions."

Not if they didn't like football.

  • @mike77514 i think that they are both very good athletes whether nfl mma or any sport to be able to perform at a high level at that age is very unordinary and abnormal but basically is being an mma fighter is more demanding than an nfl running back? probably not, the sport of mma is a little bit more violent on account that they are wearing only gloves and shorts and getting a beating without pads or a helmet don't get me wrong I love football a lot more than mma but yeah

  • @mike77514 Totally agree' simple equation, you get what you pay for. The higher the average pro salary for the sport, the higher the quality of athlete. The best ATHLETES in the world are the top NBA and NFL players

  • @shelbyville101 but the thing is that the nfl/nba has been around far longer, so money is not a fair comparison. I think nfl and nba have the better natural athletes by far, but i think mma develops better athletes. NFL athletes dont have to have great endurance. I could go on about this forever, but ehh

  • @superman11978 I couldnt agree with you more!

  • @superman11978 Fantastically true-and right-statement: this man is an athletic paragon of amazing genetics and strength and conditioning.

  • @rmsolympic1 That is not true at all. He doesnt even know how to throw a punch, He drops his hand after jabbing.

  • @pistolthedon Wrongand right. He's new, and he admits that he is still learning, which means that he is still learning rather than absolutely expert int he fight gamge. But he is definitely a very talented and highly capable athlete and MMA neophyte with as bright a fighting future as he works to acheive.

  • @rmsolympic1 the only martial arts experts are the blackbelts and kungfu Sifu's who think they know it all, the rst of us spend our lives learning, for Martial arts constantly changes and evolves.

  • @pistolthedon you dont even know what your looking at, do to the mechanics of his body his hand moves down slightly as he throws a jab which is pretty much indicitive of most fighters do to basic body mechanics, he has a very good solid base, crisp punches, and decent kicks. Stick to the weights.

  • an people think this man can beat FEDOR..LOL..HAHAHAHA thats hilarious.

  • it doesn't make sense when WHITE people say black people are lazy, when they have a long history of being the hardest, strongest, most endurance for centuries. That is why they are the most physically capable people in the world. It was years of hard labor the hardest labor in the world.

  • @youngstunna79

umm im pretty sure fedor is the most physically capable person in the world...and he is russian.. :)

  • So are you saying you are thankful for slavery? because it made BLACK people good athletes? I know a lot of WHITE people that are good athletes too, but herschel walker is and will be a great athlete

  • Herschel Walker is a hella nice guy too, if you saw him in The Apprentice, extremely nice guy. Anyway, because of his age, he would be more fit to be a wrestler/grappler. He does seem slow and rigid, he would be a good randy couture, if he practice more wrestling and Jujitsu, that would hella fit his physical abilities right now. In his prime he would kill people in the ring if he trained in MMA.

  • his style is incredibly rigid, plus bad footwork

  • There have been 2 athletes in my lifetime(only 35yrs) that are just absolute freaks of nature. Herschel is one of them. Bo Jackson is the other. Herschel is 100% natural and has been since day one. Anything this man sets his mind to athletically, he'll excel at. Running back, sprinter, bobsledding ffs. He's one of the original Beasts. I'm sure Jim Brown and Jim Thorpe were the same, but I never got to see them play.

  • Totally agree! Him and Bo were just genetic mutants. Both of those dudes have barely set foot in a weight room let alone used drugs, just total out and out freaks. All these haters out there should be privileged to have witnessed such a sporting marvel-if MMA had been around in 1980 it would have been fun to watch Herschel lay waste to people in his prime. You wouldnt catch Anderson Silva or GSP playing in the NFL....

  • Rampage Jackson's fighting career is built out of anger, weight lifting, and anger. He's an entertaining fighter, and good too, but to talk about his technique is pretty funny.

  • walker his all natural doing thousands of pushups and pullups as a youth..at 47 he kicked the shit out of a youngster on his mma debut. he's not on roids and he'snot a loser..fed up of idiots bullshiting on champions

  • @musclemat you tell'em bro!!

  • does his stand up approach seem different to anybody else?? it seems really tight and compact, not that thats a bad thing, but i would like to see a stand up battle if he fights again

  • It's the stage of learning he's in. You learn the technique, you practice the techniques, then you forget the techniques and let muscle memory take over. He looks like he's still in the learning phase. Amazing progress in such a short time though.

  • rofl. legitbusiness your hilarious and completely correct too. walker is an exceptional athlete no doubt but lets face it nagy is a bum . look at him at the weigh in and you can see hes not in shape and he went in with a 1-1 record? walker will do ok against an average fighter but he wont get as far as a randy couture or even a kimbo slice.

  • @lloganxxx he would whoop kimbo's ass, couture probally not cause how long hes been doing this. Herschel is the type of guy you cant count out of anything. Hes ground game is solid, couldnt get a feel with his stand up but the kicks were doin wat they need to do. Im thinkin he might fight lashley in the near future.

  • Kimbo or Lesner didnt fight champions either in their first fights..You work your way UP first. Thats the diffeence btetween having and idiot for a manager and a professional.

  • 47 years old wow! ....that´s inspiring.!!!

  • Yeah, it's amazing what steroids can accomplish isn't it?

  • lol dudes on roids would not stand a chance against a legit beast like herschel walker

  • Your a dumbass aren't you? Walker is all natural and has never done roids or HGH. Everybody knows that but then again as I said your a fucking piss-brain.

  • hes not on roids dumb fuck.he actully has a problem. like bi polar disorder where he gets really pissed off and has to blow off steam. in fact if you see him when he was a kid, he was fat as shit and ran traintracks to loose wieght

  • @tabber87 whats amazing is that your mother gave birth to a shithead like you

  • @musclemat Ouch...

  • he raises his heel when he punches with his right :/
