Obviously cold hard coding + modeling programs. No game like this could be made with some shitty precoded program like GAMESTUDIO9 or whatever people use.

I've played Ghoul Patrol and it sucks as a ZAMN sequel. Monster Madness: Battle for Surburbia was closer to a true ZAMN "sequel", even if it had nothing to do with ZAMN.

There already is a ZAMN sequel: Ghoul Patrol. -_- Not great. It was done by JVC, not Konami. Wikipedia would have more infi.
