Good video. A little tip from someone who wears these all the time - if your laces ever go tango uniform like mine did, just replace them with some black 550 cord. Fuse the ends and double knot the top and you're back in the fight.

@unearthlyp51ace The Crye pants aren't meant to be bloused because they have the velcro around the bottom of the leg that tightens to your liking. But in worst case scenarios then yes you COULD blouse them but idk why.

I was thinking about these. And after further research I realized these aren't really practical. Mine were something like $30 more but it was worth it. The boots I purchased were the Merrell Refuge Core Mids. They weigh a whole lot less and are water PROOF. They are amazing. IF these take a shit I would look into those. They aren't necessarily accreted to any kit, but the are amazingly comfortable. They do look less military though.

@brothers69grim im 16...and that's not in the Ranger SOP for gear. even though ranger's are SOF, they are the most stric on their SOP, not like other SOF units such as USAF PJ's...rangers cant just use what ever they feel like (like the other SOF). That's also why you never see rangers with beards, or hardly any facial hair. and they must use the EPC.

SOOO many people use Merrells. Rangers, EOD, SF, SEALs, etc. Military units use whatever boots they want to, primarily Asolos, Salomons, Merrells, Scarpas, etc. Also, Oakley boots suck donkey kong. :P
