for the people who keep judging others "STOP IT" it drives me crazy. the best you can do for all of us including yourself if there is something you know you are going to judge don't watch it or listen to it or do you wait for things to come up so you can judge. Judging is the worst thing that someone can do more than anything else grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
"'Aisha reported that Abu Bakr came to her and there were with her two girls on Adha days who were singing and beating the tambourine and the Messenger (may peace be upon him) had wrapped himself with his mantle. Abu Bakr scolded them. The Messenger (may peace he upon him) uncovered (his face) and said: Abu Bakr, leave them alone for these are the days of 'Id.". .. why would the Prophet allow something like the duff when you swear all music instrument is haram?
@faraz123 I dont know what school of thought u follow. but im a sunni and it is clearly mentioned that only duff is allowed. but this video has like 50 instruments involved. LOL
@Theshofumiah1...I am not a scholar. please read the fatwas of the people mentioned above. they were all sunnis and considered it permissible as long as the content of the song is not haram or promotes bad behavior.. historically speaking, over time scholars began to restrict music more and more to the point where they declared all music instruments haram INCLUDING duff and they bring up hadiths to support their claims about ALL music ...
@faraz123 I would agree also with u it is allowed/permisible as long as it doesnt promote bad behavior. BUT here in the UK, I spoke to 2 qualified Alim(Scholar) 1 graduated from Dewsbury Madrasha, the other a Hafiz from Bhirmingham Madrasha, they both said it is Haram/ Sin to associate Any instruments with music apart from the Duff. another cousins friend I know is still studying Alim course in Deoband Mdrasha(India) he to said only Duff is permisble and no other instruments.
@Theshofumiah1 Deobandi are slowly becoming a mouthpiece of the Wahhabis in Saudi Arabia.. Islam spread in India using musical instruments by travelling sufis and qawals... and now they want to ban it... again, I don't follow Wahhabi Sheikhs.. I follow the above mentioned scholars....
Assalamu Alykum...am in no position to say whats haraam and whats not but whom ever posted this i wanted to ask who are those scholars that you mentioned that you follow on this opinion? Salafu-salih?
@slav3ofAllah1 walaikum assalam wr wb. Ibn Hazm was famous scholar in Al-Andalus of the Zahiri school of thought which is a predecessor to the modern Salafi movement. Al Qaradawi is the leading Sunni scholar of Egypt. Ibn Al Arabi is Sufi scholar of Islam.
@slav3ofAllah1 Also check out Sheikh Ahmed Kutty fatwa on islamonline.. I respect the opinion of other Muslims who avoid music all together but I follow this fatwa. Allahu Alim
