  • 300 - 450mg of trazodone help me sleep.

  • Thanks for your reply. I am looking for the original studies that were done on the magnesium and the ADHD. Do you have a reference for these? BTW: I really do appreciate what you are trying to do here. I have been successfully controlling my daughters ADHD symptoms for almost a year now with with a strict diet and consistent sleep schedule. The public needs to be aware that you can control the symptoms of ADHD without medication. There needs to be more resources like this one.

  • Thanks for this video. It confirms what I have been thinking about my 6 yr old daughter. She is 90 percent better without the sugar. I didn't know why but now I'm starting to realize that cutting the sugar out is affecting he sleep in a positive way. But I found for this to work with the ADHD you must take out ALL the sugar.

  • @ChicoMartinez11 Your welcome. You are correct, eliminate all sugar. I was thinking about this the other day. Why is it that people with ADHD are so much more sensitive to sugar/carbs then everyone else. I don't know why that is, but it is what it is.

  • yes i suffered with this for 20years. now no probs , i fall asleep easily now.

my sleep hormones cut in nicely.
