Well, Halo CE updated to 1.08, and most hacks don't work anymore. However, two people made a new FOV/Third person hack for 1.08. You can find it on Modacity[dot]net, in the Halo CE Release forum. Unfortunately, you can't move the camera around. If you want to use old hacks, you'd have to get the version changer, also in the Halo CE Release forum.
