That's Davids wifes truck, he put a new engine in it and was just showing that's it's up and running after not being running for a while. It's a hopped up 7.3 and still HPOP injected. CP3's are for common rail injected engines like the duramax, newer cummins 5.9's and 6.7's. The newer 6.4 ford uses a Semmens VDO pump for there common rail and the new ford 6.7 uses a CP4 pump.

@eric1978 i didnt kno he was just showing that its running for the first time. but i kno wat trucks cp3's are on and ive heard that they are trying to put cp3's on 7.3's

There are a few kits but with the advances in HPOP tech it's not worth the 15g's for a common rail conversion. There's a few 600hp and up single turbo 7.3's and 6.0's around running just fine. The common rail kit would only squeeze out a few more hp but would make drivability better.
