  • Camera man sucks on this one. Sorry don´t mean to troll.

  • is building a pc with the same component is more better than buying a pc with exactly same component?

  • what is SLI?

  • @yellowocean155 SLI is when you have multiple NVIDIA Graphics card working in unison and Crossfire is when you have multiple AMD Radeon cards. Sorry for the crappy explantion but thats about as much as I understand

  • Dude, come on.... pr"O" cessor?? cm"O"s?? What's the deal with your mispronunciations?

  • @KBJ2292 He's canadian, Apparently we live in this place where people have different accents and dialects...its really wierd...

  • What are the differences between the p8p67 Deluxe and the p8p67 EVO?

  • is it worth it because i do not wanna get screwed i heard bad things can someone help me?

  • I got the same one :P

  • Would it be wise to buy a P67 mobo or should I get a Z68?

  • @MultiDERZ z68 for sure, gigabyte z68 ud5-B3 is what i would choose.

  • Comment removed

  • OMG BIOS mouse support... This is the future!

  • The title is wrong

  • Thats my motherboard <3 but with and i5, not i7 xD

  • @TheKKkMotherFucker why did you get the deluxe? the pro can handle a 5ghz overclock great. the extra phase power isnt really needed.

  • @WeirdoMikey2T well mines pro not deluxe lol xD

  • @TheKKkMotherFucker oh ok. good choice

  • Can anyone tell me how many fan plugs this board has?

  • @MutR just use molex :)

  • my eyes had a mental orgasm wen they saw the board

  • This video has been up for almost a year now, has just over 100,000 views, and the title is STILL WRONG. Linus fix this man, this is an 1155 board!

  • Lovin this board, bought it back in april-ish and never oc'd it till now, left it at 3.8ghz on a stock cooler, and paired with a GTX 580, decided to get a second GTX 580 and a corsair H100 and pump her up to 5GHZ (49 x 103) & so far so good!

  • I was going to get one when it was on a killer sale on black friday weekend (I think $150?) but didn't get it because my HD5970 was perfectly capable of supporting games at full, including BF3 (unfortunately at 40-50fps). My main reason was that I would have to invest in DDR3 memory and a new processor. Oh well, the OC kit was good enough for me. This motherboard looks like a beast, and it clocks like a beast ~getting jealous now~

@TheShivenPatel yes it fits there ;)

  • i have one :)

  • @ ST3RI0TYP3 from what I can gather from what I have learned about putting computers together in the past 4 hours, as long as they are both sporting the logo, ATX. Look that part up though I could be wrong. Happy building!

  • if u use the including driver disk and instal, does windows update see the updates for it?

  • @rikguitar1 i don't think windows update updates your mobo drivers, you have to do that manually from the mobo developers website

  • thumbs up if you have this

  • Hey, will this Board fit in an Antec 1200 V3 case?

  • Can a XFX AMD Radeon 6990 Graphics Card fit onto the motherboard, if so which slot (color)?

  • Going to buy this mobo with the i5-2500 in 3 days. Cant wait to upgrade my pc after 3 years!!

  • i have one ^^

  • I just buy one of those, i can't wait to receive my new p8p67 deluxe, is very excite.

Acabei de comprar umas dessas, mal posso esperar pra receber minha p8p67, parece ser muito boaa mesmo.

  • Can someone help me? I'm buying a laptop from Dell soon, and IDK whether it's a 2600k, or a 2700k, or...i just don't know how to tell lol...the processor that i want to get is either an "Intel core i7 2760QM processor 2.40 GHz with Turbo boost 2.0 up to 3.5 GHz"

OR Intel core i7 2670 QM processor 2.20 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 3.10 GHz...

Anyone mind filling me in? I'm a beginner at all this..Btw both are 2nd generation...

Any kind of advice would be good. Thanks!!

  • @Eng1neering

You cant get the 2600k or 2700k cpus for laptops because they are for desktops and if you were thinking about overclocking you can't with a laptop and even if you could you would have problems with overheating the cpu.

  • is this board gud for gaming? will it support gtx 560 ti?

  • @thesportstv1 i hope so thats the graphics card i have and i already ordered the motherboard...

  • @thesportstv1 yes, from what i have read you can fit it into the black slot but you should read more about it, i cannot garantee i am certain...

  • @thesportstv1 ok sorry for all these replies but i am now certain it goes into the black slot, since the graphics card is PCIe 2.0 x16 and so is the black slot. go to nvidia's website for the graphics card specs and asus' website for the motherboard specs to confirm this...

  • @TheShivenPatel thnx for the useful info mate

  • @thesportstv1 no problem i needed to know too!

  • @thesportstv1 idk if i responded to this, but if i did i told u a mistake i said it will go into the black slot but it actually goes into the gray slot, if you live near bowling green,ky i will be moore than happy to install it for you, but remember GRAY SLOT

  • @TheShivenPatel thnx will keep it in mind btw which card u think is better gtx 560 ti or msi n560 ti twin frozr or hawk??

  • @thesportstv1 im not quiet sure, the only graphics card ive had is the gtx 560 ti and it works perfect for me, but you could look up some videos about those graphics cards...

  • @TheShivenPatel thnx for all the help mate

  • @thesportstv1 no problem if it wasnt for this question i would of never known about mine

  • Whats the difference between this mobo, and the non-deluxe one?

  • Does it support AMD Radeon HD 6970 and 6990?

  • @CongDanhVip I just bought the 6970 and it isnt working, not sure if it is because of the motherboard thou

  • @CongDanhVip I have the P67 LE version and my 6970 runs like a dream. The only issues i've had is with dual graphics cards (the 2nd PCIe slot on the LE will only run in x4). Given that this is the deluxe version i'd be surprised if you had any issues.

  • sad there is no wifi on it

  • Less looking at the box (which I can do at the store) and more opening the box (which I cant do at the store) please.

  • @Jackal40k Most people buy online.

  • I saw 1156 and thought... shit.

Then I read the comments. 1155!

  • can anyone tell me the difference between the pro version and the deluxe version?

  • would this support a radeon 6950? (the big asus triple slot one)

  • @IamTheJesusGuy Since when has a 6950 covered 3 slots...?

  • @bazzo1992 i've got this monster lol thats why scan.co.uk/products/2gb-asus-hd-6950-directcu-ii-pci-e-21%28x16%29-5000mhz-gddr5-gpu-810mhz-1408-cores-dvi-dp-eyefinity-x6

  • @IamTheJesusGuy oh my...that thing is beautiful!

  • I am planning on building a med range pc. I wanted the i5 2500k, a p67 mb, some cheap other stuff and later on the 560 ti.

Now what my question is: Do all p67 MB's support the cpu's HD 3000 graphics? cause i want to be able to use the thing normally without having to buy the expensive 560 ti immediatly...

  • @timendil The H67 chipset uses the onboard cpu graphics. the P67 does not. Just pick up a basic nvidia or ati vid card for like $30 until you get the 560.

  • Can I have 2 6970's in crossfire on this one?

  • Ordered mine today

  • Is this motherboard still good? I was looking at a new PC build and this one is in a bundle on Newegg.

  • ordered with 2600k :D

  • can someone tell me what's the difference between this and P8P67 Deluxe vs P8Z68 Deluxe? =[ is there alot of difference?

  • @titanlyy The Z68 is probably the way to go. The Z68 gives the ability to overclock your CPU and use the onboard graphics that come with the CPU all on 1 board. The P67 is only a one choice so I would recommend getting the Z68. I think the P67 you can only overclock the CPU.

  • @ibilliedyourmomhard Hey mate, thanks for your reply, after comparing a few boards, i went with the asrock z68 extreme 7 gen3.. =]

  • @titanlyy You're welcome and good look with the new board.

  • My 2 year old dell inspiron's bios can be used with mouse.

  • Awesome bro. subbed

  • BT Go! : Access/ control your PC with your (i)Phone.

    USB: 6x USB2.0 and 4x USB3.0

    SLI supported

Good board for overclocking the new i7 unlocked processors.

  • does it support sli??

  • The io shield has padding out of the box was making impossible to put in case. After reading multiple forums im needing to know if i can remove this?

  • @serialfear you can remove it, i have for my p8p67 deluxe and i have built 2 of my friends computers removing that padding, for them also. No harm in it what so ever.

  • Doez this motherboard have a sound card?

  • Is it possible to support 1155 and 1156 also ?

  • @Christomb no

  • @Christomb no

  • I've got the front I/O box for this in my HDD drive bays powering my usb 3.0 integrated front I/O... Smart much? XD

  • The camera man has a name :(

  • What I want to know is, how much voltage on the CPU do I need to be able to run this motherboard

  • @BelRabimMarduk Well, that's a silly question.

  • @Intel1502 There was a time when you were where I am now, a person who just go into the hole buildig PC's and just have a tons of queschans. So be nice!

  • @BelRabimMarduk There is no 'required' CPU voltage to 'run' a motherboard, if anything it's the other way around. The CPU has certain requirements for it to be alloted to a certain motherboard. If you're referring to anything in the mid range / high end (not workstation) environment, as long as the amount of pads on the CPU matches the amount of pins on the motherboard, they will make a 'connection'. CPU voltage is a different subject; you change it to allow higher frequencies when overclocking.

  • @Intel1502 You see, that wasn't dificult! Now I'll tell you - Thank you very much for your help!

  • @Intel1502 ??

  • @1986kojikoji If you're not going to say anything sparingly intelligent, get the fuck out of my message inbox.

  • @miracleguy123

hmmm yup yur ryt!! thkx btw!

  • hey dude can u plz do a review on asus p8h67 m-le mobo plsss!!!

  • i'm going to build a computer which has Intel Core i7 2600K 3.4 GHz LGA1155 processor but i can't decide which motherboard to buy: Asus P8P67 Deluxe B3 Intel P67 LGA1155 ATX-morherboard or Asus P8Z68 DELUXE Intel Z68 LGA1155 ATX-motherboard. the p67 one is 205€ and the z68 is 235€ so they are almost priced as same. So which one I should buy?

  • For space issues would I be able to put my single 570 graphic card in the second x16 slot and get its full potential x16 or will it cut it in half

  • On the Title is 1156 but it´s 1155 ^^

  • @DerSt4rkiller Linus is smart, but he always has typos both verbal and typed.

  • @DerSt4rkiller and its 4 months and linus still didnt vhange it

  • is this a good board for SLi?

  • can anyone explain what each pci slots do and the 16x slot thing

  • I always keep a box if its new like that :D

  • you did LGA1156 in the title.

  • Help! I have 16 gb Corsair vengeance 1600 mhz but this board reads only 1333. what should i do?

  • Comment removed

  • Why does the title say LGA1156? It should be LGA1155

  • Excellent unboxing!!!! Gave me a chubby, might even look at purchasing one just because of this excellent review.......... keep it up techgeek!!!

  • @NZHabitualWifeBeater "Excellent review"?? This piece of shit dies all the time!

  • @blizzaroxx what you buy a dud? That doesn't mean you need to have a wee cry and brand all ASUS P8P67 Deluxe models as "shit". Noob!

  • @NZHabitualWifeBeater Deluxe and the Pro series has the most higher rate of failure compare to the normal one. I've had both of them and they fucking die easily!

  • er kauft sich das board und entdeckt erst als ers in den händen hält das es bluetooth kann und nochn paar andrere sachen .. über sowas informiert man sich vorher..

  • Comment removed

  • @ItzAnthonyB You're fucked.

  • @blizzaroxx

    Can I help you?

  • @ItzAnthonyB Yes, please.

  • It's "Ey-sus" not assooos. Thanks for the vid though! :D

  • Linus please make how to overclock with this motherboard with the i7 2600k

  • is this a micro atx motherboard

  • @Yeaterramon atx

  • @Yeaterramon ATX

  • Does your processor has to be intel or can it be amd

  • @japiorecki specs says only intel

  • @japiorecki intel1155

  • Brother, I think that you should fix the title to P67 LGA1155, other ways this is the best mother board and I'm getting one of it.....

  • Can someone please recommend a motherboard that supports crossfire for 65$ because im on a super tight budget

  • SLI is shits

  • @BigArtek1 No its not...

  • @Joseph4Lakers 1 x 590 or 6990 is totally sufficient

    youtube.com/user/NCIXcom#p/u/9/_wMBS_bfkFk

  • OH MAN!!! with all the gayness this might be: I totally nerdgasm'd with your star wars shirt

  • Im making anew pc... I have no idea what a good mobo is anymore. Should I get a MSI P67-GD55-b3? The card in the video? Or the Asus Sabertooth. My build will be a HAf 932 Case or Graphite 600 case. V6 GT cooler NZXT sentry2 fan controler, corsair 750watt PSU. I72600k. ill be getting a 570-590 video card and eventual liquid cool. (biggest the case I end up getting will hold)

  • @Wolfstanus The sabertooth is cheaper but if your not on a budget go with the deluxe

  • so i have a noob question... whats the difference between usb 3.0 and usb 2.0??? and can you plug a 2.0 into a 3.0? dose it work the same? if anyone can give me answer id appreciate it. thanks..

  • @posjoey usb 3.0 has a trnsfer rate that is 10x that of usb 2.0 (5gb/s rather than 480mb/s) and is backwards compatible (usb 2 works on a usb 3 port)

a simple internet search would have taken 5 seconds btw

  • @posjoey they are compatible , but 3.0 is faster , you can plug 3.0 even into 2.0

  • Which is better Gigabyte or Asus? Wich is the worst ECS or MSI?

  • hi I now have a msi p6ngm and i want to buy this one but will this motherboard work? i dont know my socket type where do I check that??

  • @nawaaz96 If you want to buy this motherboard you'll need a socket 1155 cpu. The one your using now isn't an 1155 so unless you buy a new cpu you can't use this.

  • this or the EVO. there is a significant price difference but is there a significant performance difference?

  • change title !

  • Such a shame that you can't get this in red. : (

Now it doesn't match the AMD GPUs....

  • @kjakur There's alway's spray paint :)

  • @kjakur Nvidia pwns AMD anyways...

  • @TDNGaming Why? : P

  • @kjakur 590>6990

  • @TDNGaming But the other cards like the 570 and the 6950 where the price is lower (as i remember) on the AMD one (and it's better). What about that? : S

  • @kjakur Yeah I havn't studied the lower end cards that much, they may as well be better for the price than some of the nvidia ones. ;-)

  • @TDNGaming 590 > jebus

  • @TDNGaming To be honest they're pretty equal. You can't say which ones better cus both have they're advantages. The 590 still has the same problem, running hot ,which aint a really big deal but is a big issue when overclocking

  • @TDNGaming They are pretty equal, and in all the tests i've seen, 6990 is slighty better overall.

  • @TDNGaming YES

  • whats the difeference chio p67 wich z68 ? plz help me.

its possible in spanish, better :D

  • @clasesocial las placas Z68 utilizan graficos integrados. es mejor para el procesamiento de fotos y video. El P67 no utiliza graficos integrados, pero es sufficiente para jugar.

    My Spanish is shit. xD

  • @Understanding343 the Z68 has the capabilities of the P67 OC and video support for H67.

    More performance for overclock

    Multi GPU Support (CF-SLI)

  • What's the 8 pin connector for ?

  • @BubuSnow93 i think its for the cpu fan

  • @Cloude888 no, i'm sure that the CPU's fan use another kind of connector.

The CPU fan connector is the one you can see at 6.31 at top middle, it's whrite "CPU fan" under it xD

I think it's the CPU power bu i'm not sure.

  • @BubuSnow93 for you brain

  • This may be a stupid question but what is ready for Windows 7 mean? whether the operating system already in place? sorry for the bad English :))

  • @hykkilanhomeboyz

Yo dude...motherboards don't need to be ready for Windows 7...you better be ready 4 it! In fact, no matter what motherboard you use, Win 7 should be fine for everyone!

  • the problem with the new i7 core is fixed on the motheboard you know?

  • Im watching all vids and i cant decide with mobo to get... im planning to buy i5 cause im gamer (dont need no HT)

p8p67 deluxe or pro, ASrock p67 extreme4 b3, maybe msi p67a gd65. Linus help please...

  • I'm about to purchase on of these bad boy

  • why have 2 LAN ports?

  • Fail title....

  • Is it ok to use 1.65v ram with the i5 2500k?

  • I think I've decided to buy this motherboard, 8GB of G.Skill RAM, an Intel Core i7-2600K, and a GTX580. My question is if my current Corsair 620HX power supply will be enough to handle it.

  • @Aqxea easly... a gtx 580 only pulls about 150-200watts of power... so yeah it will run it just fine

  • @Aqxea nope.avi\

  • Why asus web site havent the p67 chipset to the categories?

  • So you can run 2 cards in sli at 8x and one dedicated physx card at 4x?

  • Hello Linus, not sure if this has already been mentioned, but with the dual gigabit LAN, one is Intel and the other one is Realtek. :-)

  • Im building a new PC with a i5 CPU 2500k and a GTX580. If i wanted to go SLI later on will i be able to do 2 GTX580 in 8x8 with this motherboard?
