Beginner Clay Sculpture

sculpey is good clay

When the clay dry it cracks so what I do is get a mixture of a little bit of clay with some water so it creates like a glue/filler sort of thing then with a brush wet the surface then fill in the cracks this also helps to stick pieces that might break off

I can't make biological looking bodies, so I stick to armors...Crayola's air-dry clay FTW!!!

Costs about 7 bucks in Micheal's and about 5 bucks at Walmart.

I am beginner at modeling with clay, I would appriciate if someone can give me some pointers like wich Clay to use (the one that I am useing crackes,which is JOVI air dry) what paint is good? Thank you and my next project hopely will be lots more detailed and better.
