I love this song... It has to be one of my favorites from any anime. I love Otani and Risa. They're the cutest couple, and throughout the entire anime, I would always encourage and egg them on. When they kissed, and the fireworks exploded while this song was playing... AHHHH! It was a very powerful and heart-warming moment for me. I nearly cried, and I wanted to reach my hands through the screen and pull Otani out! *0*

@LilacsandLilies With all due respect, it isn't NEARLY as similar to Dry Tears as you think. For example, the beginnings are completely different save for the violins (DT starts off with notes similar to another track from the OST [Premier Amour{?}] and drums before going into the melody.TFA goes right into it). The melodies ARE similar, but if you listen closely in TFA, after the third note the melody differs greatly. And unless Lanz composed TFA before '07, there's no chance he was ripped off.

If anything, the composer of Dry Tears may have been inspired by Lanz's Tears for Alice (which I find quite enjoyable; might use it to write a story). This is coming from a young musician (Flutist~! And a little piano) who is obsessed with music of any and every type (except for maybe rap), so trust me on this. Just let go~

I don't know much about Hironosuke Satou (the composer) so for all we know he could play in concerts around the world too. This is not a carbon copy composition.

@LilacsandLilies How ignorant. Lovely Complex, by far, is not some C rated anime. The manga won the Shogakukan Manga Award (and others) and became popular enough to become an anime, AND a live drama. You obviously have bad hearing or are just too stubborn to admit that you're wrong. I pointed out the differences (there were MANY) and yet you still believe Sato stole from Lanz. The songs have different emotions being portrayed and different notes.

Hironosuke Sato is the composer, FYI. ;P

@LilacsandLilies And in my opinion, Tears for Alice is more so bittersweet than all out sad. Dry tears shows no ray of sunshine what-so-ever, where as you glimpse a bit of it around 0:46-1:08 and a bit more later on. The feel for each song is different.
