There are some very dangerous naturally occurring substances and some very safe synthetic substances. The fact that something is natural doesn't prove anything. Some of the real reasons these drugs should be legalized includes eliminating the black market cartels, partially ending the violence between gangs competing over drug-selling territory, making the industry pay its fair share of taxes, and even simply giving people the freedom to choose what goes in their own body.

@Jake1722 I'm not judgmental. I said I have no problems with it, and I don't judge people who do it. Some of my friends use it in their free time and are responsible with it - I applaud them for it. The last bit of my comment was a jovial throwback for those who like the Old Spice commercials.

Personally I do not smoke anything anymore but we do need the revenue in this state. I just do not want to have the price at my local Chinese buffets to go up because stoners eat 5 plates of won tons and all of the damned foil chicken every time they are just put out......
