I learned in Nutrition/Health that there is an increased risk of having stunted hieght from body building before you are fully developed. I have a couple of friend training for bodybuilding and to get as cut as possible, they stop drinking a couple days before to dehydrate and also take products to help the liquid stick in the muscles.

If you have a sharp eye, you can see he is not that muscular than he look like.
