  • Sho is still my hero after all these years

  • this man & Bruce inspired me to become a Martial Artist.

  • Sho Kosugi personally confirmed he is a practitioner of 'Iga Ryu' Ninjitsu and has designed his own 500 different weapons.

  • I have seen most of his movies he and Phillip Rhee are two of my favorites.

  • he's the master in NINJA ASSASSIN, what a badass

  • LEGEND!!!

  • I'm impressed with how laidback & soft spoken Sho is. With how he is in the interviews, you wouldn't expect it to be the same guy that has played cold-blooded & emotionless ninja in some of his films. All around great guy & the best ninja of the 80s. :)

  • Sho Kosugi IS the Bruce Lee of Ninjitsu.

  • Sho Kosugi the Best Japanese actor also KING and MASTER of all Ninjas a covert agent or mercenary and hired assasins in ancient japan your movies is the best of akk ninjas movies based on the original Japanese Ninjas

  • He's the reason that ninja movies from the 80's are still awesome.

  • Oh the nostalgia of the 1980s-era ninja movie...

  • Please Sho, give us Ninja IV!!!

  • @mmaguy79 Great idea! But I hope they leave the exorcism out of it.

Sho was a real bad ass in Ninja Assassin. Loved the movie.

  • Sho Kosugi = is the Last Ninja!

  • Sho Kosugi = is the Last Ninja!

  • Sho Kosugi is one the last few TRUE remaining Ninja Masters!! I still have a letter that he wrote me that said he grew up studying Iga-Ryu Ninjutsu and also he gave me an autographed picture as well!! As a Ninjutsu practitioner myself for many years, I can see that his skills in his movies and demonstrations are very authentic Ninjutsu skills!! Way to go Sho!!

  • SHO KOSUGI KING of all NINJAS or SHINOBI and JAPANESE martial arts. I like youre movies specially the revenge of the ninja, ninja 3 the domination, and ninja assasin i hope you have many movies and your successor KANE KOSUGI.SHO KOSUGI youre my favorite actor deadlier than storm shadow and snake eyes

  • he is the teacher in the new ninja assassin film

  • you got the man in there!!!

  • Sho Kosugi the best Japanese actor and King of all ninjas and martial arts youre my favorite actor deadler than storm shadow and snake eyes thanks from your movies

  • i always wanted that helmet from pray for death

  • Excellent video. Many thanks for sharing.

  • he names Massaki Hatsumi,, great respect.,,

  • Sho Kosugi=king of all ninjas

  • so many memories!,...,,, thanks for uploading!

  • I cant beleive he was in ninja assassins, I watched the movie yesterday and didnt notice, Im so use to him looking like this or young If i may add I couldnt even recognize him in the movie. But if you are a nija fan then you will love the movie

  • I still have a handwritten letter from him that I got from him when I wrote to him as a kid asking him if he trained anyone in ninjutsu. Very generous person.

  • sho kosugi for wwe raw!!!

  • Wow,that's the first time I've seen him smile....!!! Kosugi san answers all the truths about the Japanese Ninjitsu, good interview!

  • SHO KOSUGI! YEAH MAN

  • what about tadashi yamashita he played a good ninja in the 80s

  • cant wait for ninja assassins to come out sho gonna be in it..

  • Fo Sho!

  • I guess he was the only japanese in the 80s to really come close to being a "ninja", although personally I thought that Hiroyuki Sanada was more elegant in his moves.

But Sho was much more authentic in the moves.

  • I prefer Ichikawa Raizo myself.. but he was in the 60's!

  • hell yea i remember him classica ur a ninja fan i see

  • awsome sho san

  • Correct Strangerdanger1977. He is the last of the traditionally trained Master Ninja. I think he was seriously underrated in the 80's due to Bruce Lee and those other guys. Koga and Iga fought but nowadays it is more of a family priide/competition that still exists.

  • LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sho is incredible.

  • Thanks for the upload!!!

  • Love Sho Kusogi. Bruce Lee was the 70's martial arts hero but Sho was the hero for the 80's. I actually believed he was a ninja.

  • he's awesome, his sons are taking up his mantle....Shane and I believe Kane. They both do the "Ninja Warrior" competitions.

  • but so much for passing on the ninja awesomeness to Kane the superior of the 2....Sho and Kane don't talk to each other and have went different ways for 5-6 years now.....saw a japanese interview recently with sho and he called his son a coward......ouch

  • he was trained in ninjitsu. when he was growing up. he would go to see his neighbour who would teach him

  • @Strangerdanger1977 Too Me! He still is:)

  • @grekito

    You'r not alone there i think ;-)

  • Where does the Koga and Iga fit in? Are they forms of Ninjitsu or were they tribes or families? I've heard the names but can't find any info on them.

  • they were ninja villages and clans if you look up iga village on youtube you will find more about them

  • im glad i found this..i grew up on pray for death. were real poor and didnt have very many movies but on one recorded tape i had rambo2 rocky 4 pray for death and better off dead. id watch that tape over n over my whole childhood of course when i wasnt kickin butt with my gloves or or ninja suit haha

  • Three main Ninpo Orgs. Bujinkan, Genbukan, and Jinekan.

  • i seen all this flims when i was a kid

  • Sho Kosugi is a true Ninja Master with amazing fighting skills. I miss seeing his Ninja movies. I hope he still plans to make "Return of the Ninja". It seems that the movie is on hold for now.

  • Hopefully we'll get some good Kosugi fightin' in Ninja Assassin.

  • Sho is the real deal.

  • they need to make shows like this that feature real martial artist

  • ther's noe money in those kind of movies anymore, look at the stars that used to be in those martial arts movies.most of them has found otherwyas to make money. But a few of them havn't yet realized that they're era is over.like van damme and steven segal.

But remember these movies from my chilhood days.we watch em over and over
