EA needs to swallow some pride and devote a game to fixing legacy issues. No one else is putting out a comparable game graphically, the advancment of graphics can be delayed by a year or more is necessary; nothing the graphics artists can do will impress as much as the jump from 2D to 3D or more recently the arrival of next gen consoles. Graphics have plateaued and cannot advance until the next generation of consoles, thus they should NOT be a priority of EA Sports or any game for that matter.

Footballs a game of inches 2:25...when they first started adding that around 2005 thats when I knew it was going down hill and i made the switch to 2k5...the hitstick started off with morphine..then it went to basic taclking

Every Madden game is flawed, but a different flaw sticks out in each edition. Remember all the INT's in '08? I thought software companies employed game testers to find flaws in games. Since the customers seem to find all the mistakes, they should be paid by EA.

NCAA11 was my favorite to critique but IMO it was the best football game to come out this year. Madden is the main target because there's a new game coming out. And to be honest.... Backbreaker was on the right track. Like a baby just learning to walk. You don't see us making any Black College Football vids right?

@putteminthegame they just buy it no matter what. that used to be me waiting in line at gamestop circa 2006. then it became the same game re-hashed. no new engine, no deeper dynasty. now when madden comes out you have to wait at least a month before you can start playing because youre waiting on a patch to fix fundamental flaws in the game. NCAA's in the same boat, they can get it too.NCAA's progression was so screwed up last year, kickers couldnt make an XP...should never happen, even beta.

EA had a chance with the next-gen systems to make MADDEN what it should be, and they somehow made a-lot of the problems and holding back elements of the game that were on the last-gen systems carry over. IF 2k can get the green light EA will be fucked because it will take 2 years to rewrite all of their code that has the game fucked up.

@CardinalJiles The issue IS the NFL ! "Exclusivity" ALLOWS for Madden to be charged at Inflated prices (Madden costs nearly $70 after "micro " transactions ) hence more money for the League. So the idea of competition is essentially false as it would bring prices DOWN . The ONLY way to END this is to BOYCOTT Madden
