  • Jorma is the best thing on the whole album.

  • one of the few good songs of the late Airplane...

  • I hadn't heard this song before, but now that I have I'm not impressed. It sounds like it could be an outtake from "Pillow"

  • Goo tune, but I agree that JA was in decline by this time.

  • i love this song so much, ahh

  • probably the only really good song on the album.....they'd really gone flacid by this time, in my opinion.

  • you are correct 350. I guess we could include the eary 70's in with the 60's(lol).

  • This is such a great album. They are one of the greatest bands of all time. What a time the 60's.

  • @sphinxcol

actually released in 1972, but i understand what you mean

  • This song also has the same groove of Ride the Tiger.

  • To this day I really have no idea what this song is about but I know how it makes me feel; a mystical driving force (double) that is sure of itself (leader) as it heads into the unknown (twilight).

Maybe another acid trip might help.....

  • this song has the same groove as "sister ray" by the velvets

  • I never would have made that particular connection, Jack. But I love both tracks, so maybe you're onto something.

  • When i first unpacked this LP in the 70th i was surprised that it also contained some nice gift from Acapulco.

    It was a good time.
