I have the same exact helmet. Use it to skate bike and ski. All the helmet is is a modified skate helmet with earpieces that are completely removable

@ridethree I havea different pro tec snow helmet, and the snow one is much harder as oppose to the skate one where it is less hard and more foam filled, so there is quite a noticable difference. The earpads, as far as I know, can't be removed although on my snow one the back neck is similar to the skate. Hope this helps
