Bruce Seldon was actually a pretty skilled boxer but didn't have the punching power to fight with the best of the heavyweights. He might have been a better cruiserweight fighter.
Seldon's problem was not power. He had enough power. He lacked a strong chin. He could never have been a cruiserweight. His frame is too large. He's a natural heavyweight. When Seldon boxed the way he did against Tony Tucker, he was very effective.

It's academic, Dwight Qawi was one of the best cruiserweights ever but hardly anyone remembers him since the heavyweights get all the publicity.

@madmax8903 the klitchkos certainly are not in the top 10, but I think they are deceptively good. They do not have an exciting style and their conditioning is suspect. But have you ever seen the faces of their opponents at the end of the fights? Look like hamburger, so SOMETHING'S going on in there...
