Juarez is around 100-135, depending on what survey you look at. The cities I mentioned earlier (Miami, Atlanta, DC, Gary, East St. Louis) have either themselves had, or have had suburbs that have had, murder rates above 100/100000. In some cases, some US cities have risen above Juarez' murder rate.

Also the 1,986 murder report was back in mid October 16, 2009, I think now the murder # is more than 2,000 and that's only the bodies on the streets. The reported missing are not taken into account of the total dead bodies.
