Fees, notice they NEVER tell you what they are.
Do it yourself and save THOUSANDS. Use the money you would have paid for thier "fees" to hire an attorney if you get sued, and you will still come out THOUSANDS ahead"
My advice is worth as much as you paid for it, which is absolutely nothing
